These positions are scheduled Wednesday thru Sunday 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. year around.

Onsite Management Team Needed for 190 Space Mobile Home Community - Sales Experience Required - Apache Junction, AZ

We are looking for a management team to take over running our mobile home community in Apache Junction, Arizona. We need an onsite manager who is capable with handling office work. Need to be computer literate and work well with others, having a great attitude and self starter is a necessity. Maintenance must be a jack of all trades.

Overall management of the mobile home park community including, but not limited to:

Interaction with Park Residents which includes rent collection, investigation of complaints and collecting feedback from residents to act as a liaison between ownership and tenants

Keeping resident files up to date

Greeting and interacting with prospective residents and the ability to sell homes to earn commissions $$$

Investigate complaints, disturbances and violations; resolve problems following management rules and regulations

Bookkeeping which includes tenant billing, bank deposits, recording tenant payments and adjustments, management of petty cash (Microsoft Excel Experience is Required)

Direct and coordinate the activities of staff and contract personnel and evaluate their performance

Routinely inspect grounds, facilities, and equipment; create work orders relating to repairs and maintenance

Prepare and administer contracts for provision of property services such as cleaning, maintenance, and security services

Handling Emergency Situations

Starting salary $3000 per month for Both (Free Housing + Free Utilities + Free Cable/Internet)

Our client is a national property management firm specializing in mobile home residential communities.   They have a need for a Husband and Wife, Maintenance and Property Manager team for their 55 and over mobile home community in Tuscan, AZ.  The salary is $38,000 + bonus and free housing for the couple.

PROPERTY MANAGER

• 3-5 years of solid property management experience for either apartments or mobile homes.
• Supervise the maintenance of entire community including office, and community buildings, pool, grounds, site clean ups.
• Oversee the following:  Rent Collections, Reporting and Bookkeeping, Resident Screening, Marketing to increase traffic flow.
• Must be able to work independently and meet revenue objectives of the community.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Strong work ethic and self motivated
• Computer savvy.
• Must have excellent references and the ability to pass both a drug and background screen.

MAINTENANCE TECH

• 3-5 years experience within the maintenance industry - plumbing, electrical, A/C,
• Maintain the cleanliness of the community including the landscaping, buildings, pool, site clean ups, etc.
• Inspect common areas to assure the are safe all hazards, including playground, street, clubhouse, pool, an other areas.
