Chef & Innkeeper Couple - Essex, NY

Inn located in Essex, NY on Lake Champlain in the Adirondacks, seeks dynamic couple—innkeeper & chef—to run beautiful, historic 12-room inn and restaurant. 

Innkeeper will manage all facets of the inn, must be attentive to details, provide fantastic customer service, lead marketing & events.  Salary & profit sharing.  Chef, who must have strong culinary record and will work closely with innkeeper, will rent restaurant from owners as part of profit sharing arrangement.   Both positions permanent, start mid-November, experience required.
