Snack Bar Cook & Window Help - Saratoga Springs, NY

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A COUPLE TO RUN OUR CAMPGROUND SNACK BAR
Specific skills needed include:
- should have experience in food service
- short order cooking & food preparation
- able to run a cash register & handle money
- able to manage inventory/stock levels
- able to follow standard cleaning & sanitizing procedures
- work closely with the snack bar manager & other campground staff as needed
- good customer service skills
- should be creative and willing to contribute their ideas/suggestions to manager
- ability to take pride in your work
- must be flexible
Duties include:
- opening & closing of snack bar
- food handling, preparation & presentation
- taking/fulfilling customer orders
- daily cleaning & sanitizing equipment, snack bar & general area
- maintain inventory & stock levels
- reporting to snack bar management as needed
Both positions are part-time (24 hours per week maximum) and require working weekends (Friday supper, all day Saturday, Sunday breakfast) and any other high capacity periods. We will accept applications from anyone willing to:
1) volunteer hours / work off the cost of their campsites
2) work off the cost of their campsite AND receive ah hourly wage ($9.00/hour)

Maintenance/Landscape Manager

o Effective manager and leader
o Ability to interact well with residents and potential tenants. Strong customer service is a must.

Volunteer Camp Host Position at Lake Wenatchee State Park - Leavenworth, WA

Lake Wenatchee State Park, 20 miles east of Stevens Pass in the Cascade Mountains, is seeking to fill volunteer camp host positions for the 2016 summer season. The 500 acre park includes about a mile of shoreline, substantial acreage of undeveloped forest, hiking, biking, guided horseback rides, a swim beach, camp store, group camp, amphitheater, beautiful views of the lake and surrounding mountains, and much more...
The park is divided by the Wenatchee River, which flows out of Lake Wenatchee. The Bavarian Village of Leavenworth, located 20 miles southeast of the park, offers all the basic services of a popular tourist destination. The city of Wenatchee (population of about 50,000), located 42 miles southeast of the park, offers all of the amenities normally associated with a mid-sized city.
Our hosts receive free camping and hookups (water, sewer, & 50 amp electrical service) in exchange for performing their host duties. Hosts must provide their own RV and camping equipment. A typical host assignment is 30 days. Hosts should enjoy working with the public, have the desire to accept new challenges, and possess the willingness to learn about Washington state parks. The host program requires a minimum of 28 hours of work per week, with two consecutive days off from Monday through Thursday. We are flexible in how you schedule your time, but we are in particular need of help from Friday evening through Sunday and generally expect that our hosts are available at these times.

August - Help reservation staff, assist with Saturday evening programs, assist with Jr. Ranger programs, high public contact, clean up campsites and fire pits, light use of blower, sell firewood. Bees can be present in August, and weather is typically in the 70-90’s and dry.
Please note: Camp host applicants must first pass a federal background check. A completed fingerprint card must be sent for each person applying for a volunteer position.

Seeking an experienced couple to support a private residence and recreation on a working cattle ranch near Meridian, Texas (90 miles SW of Dallas).
This is a full time long-term position. Time flexibility is essential. This is a domestic heavy, hands on position. Compensation includes salary, work vehicles, 4 bedroom/2.5 bath home and utilities (including DirecTV) located on the ranch.
Applicants must be drug free non-smokers with high standards of integrity and references (required).
Main home is 7500 square feet with seven bedrooms. House should be guest ready at all times as home is used 2 to 3 weekends each month for entertaining. Second residence on property is used occasionally but should also be guest ready for overflow.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
· Keep Ranch home and all amenities in first class condition
· Organize and prepare residences for visits
· Prepare some meals and work alongside principal in kitchen as required
· Serving and cleanup of meals
· Regular grocery shopping as requested and maintaining inventory of household supplies
· Assisting with special events and providing hospitality to guests as required
· Hands on housekeeping / daily service when in residence including evening turn down service
