Possible year round available for maintenance during summer months for candidate with construction background.

Hours Saturday  8-5 and Sunday 12-4

Duties to include but not limited to daily operation of office to include taking reservations, electric payments and showing Resort to new prospective residents.

Duties also to include routine maintenance of hall, cleaning swimming pools and spa and general maintenance as needed.

Managers of Resort on site and available to help.

Compensation is free RV hookup, electric and basic WIFI.  Golf cart will be provided during weekend.

Mature care-taker couple needed

We are looking for a mature care-taker couple that loves the North Carolina Smokey Mountains and has excellent guest service skills. Care-takers must provide excellent service, maintain a safe and secure environment and manage the care-taking of 5 rental homes. We are open May 1 through November 30. Year around stay is possible for care-takers but not preferred. Ideally if you had a place to stay in the south through the winter months you could have the best of both environments.

Care-takers must be present when guests arrive and contactable when guests are on the mountain. You must have handyman skills to maintain the homes. We would prefer you to do the landscape maintenance and the house cleaning. You will be compensated for all the work performed. On-Site Management Team needed for manufactured housing community in Los Angeles County. Experience in multi-family housing management of at least 1+ years required.

Position involves the daily hands-on management and interaction with a variety of people and tasks. Oversight of maintenance to ensure that the property is in compliance with company policy as well as governmental and lending entities. Position offers salary, housing, utilities and insurance. 

Tasks include, but are not limited to: 

~ Purchasing of materials and supplies and the bidding of work to be performed;
~ Collection and deposit of rent monies, and the reconciliation of books and accompanying reports at month end;
~ Inspection and noticing of rule violations;
~ Occasional court appearances; 
~ Oversight and training of employees; 
~ Screening of prospective tenants and completion of new occupant documents; 
~ Management of all daily property business and tenant relations;

Requirements
