General Maintenance positions:

Sky Valley Resort and Caliente Springs Resort, located near the lovely Palm Springs area, is seeking maintenance help with projects and daily tasks. Approximately 17-20 hours per week. Generally the summer hours will start early and end before noon, but after that you would be free to enjoy our many top-rated pools and amenities. Starting immediately. $10/hour towards site and utilities. We guarantee hours will cover site and utilities. 

Pool Cleaners:

Pool cleaning position(s) available now. We are looking for hardworking, detail oriented, and friendly people to clean and maintain our beautiful pools. These pools are directly sourced from our underground natural hot springs and they provide an enjoyable, year-round, experience for all that visit our parks. Come and experience for yourself the work and leisure at our lovely resorts!  $10/hour toward site and utilities. Seasonal or year-round. Start immediately. ( Work is done in the early mornings )

Many couples work and live here in this lovely resort.  It's not necessary that both of you work to fulfill the " Work Camper" compensation. Each site only requires 17-20 hours of work each week to fulfill the obligation.

FEATURED JOB OPENING: Work Camper "Stay-Cation" - Baldwin, MI

100 site Condominium RV Resort in Baldwin, Michigan is seeking one additional couple to work four days on/four days off schedule.  Campground provides a premium camping site complete with electric, cable TV, internet access, water and sewer. Applicants must have their own RV. Season is from May 15 to September 15, 2016.  Daily duties include cleaning a small community bathroom facility, opening and closing the pool and hot tub and testing chemical levels, maintenance of common areas including a Club House and flower beds.

In addition to the lot and utilities, each couple will receive a $1,000 bonus for fulfilling their agreement through to the end of the season.

This is a condominium campground, so the number of recreational vehicles pulling in and out each week is minimal.

All lawn care and fertilization of the lots is subcontracted. Lots are landscaped by the owners and most include underground sprinkling.

Campground also provides a golf cart for the Park Supervisors to use to make rounds through the park several times daily.

Other light maintenance duties include edging roadways once a season and other minor repairs.

The two couples need to work together as a team and have the ability to trade days to provide for longer periods of time on/off.

This is a great opportunity to stay rent free at a premium campground with a great schedule and a very reasonable work load.

Start Date: Immediately, Seasonal to October 15 with possibility for year-round

Our Campground is a 60+ site front country campground located 10 minutes north of Squamish, BC. The facility offers 14 fully services sites along with a mix of non-serviced sites. The campground offers a peaceful escape to nature and a wide variety of activities in the surrounding area.

Qualities:

·         Offer quality guest experiences to promote repeat customers

·         Self-motivated, responsible

·         Ability to resolve conflict in a friendly manner and ensure policies are adhered to

·         Previous campground caretaker experience preferred

·         Computer skills required

·         Reference are mandatory, must pass criminal record check and be bondable

·         Septic system and basic maintenance knowledge

·         Valid Driver’s Licence

Daily Duties Include:

·         Reside on-site

·         Washroom & Shower cleaning required throughout day

·         Guest check-in

·         Site Check-out maintenance

·         General grounds and trail maintenance as necessary

·         Operate store, including firewood sales

·         Empty garbage around site

·         General maintenance and security

·         Report maintenance issues to main office

·         Manage ordering of ice, supplies etc. as needed

·         Firewood splitting and storage for seasoning

Compensation: Based on experience and will include a full-service RV site.

Boat/RV Storage Facility Manager Couple - Las Vegas, NV

Manager Team/Couple to live on Property of Boat/RV Storage Facility and manage the property maintenance as well as all office duties and leasing.

Good Office skills for new leases and admin work. Maintenance skills required to keep grounds tidy and freshly painted and Office and House Clean and Maintained. During a normal work day, one person will be in the office to answer phone calls and handle leasing/payments and monitor the security cameras, the other will be on the property sweeping, checking to make sure units are clean, trash is emptied, and general appearance of property is outstanding.

Both employees will be required to be on site during business hours with no outside employment. Great position for people transitioning into retirement as office is fairly quiet. Other attributes:  Experienced ONLY with Self STORAGE facilities - Long Term Position
