A Southern Oregon family is looking for a very special couple! We need a couple who can cook very healthy food, help with the daily care of our 6 dogs,keep the beautiful home clean and tidy and can help with some personal errands, and maintenance. The accommodations for this live in position are lovely. They will reside in a private separate home on the estate grounds with a beautiful view.  Couple will be responsible for taking the initiative to continue working without direction.  There would be the opportunity for one of the couple to seek outside employment. 

Duties include:

·         Laundry, ironing, wardrobe care, dry cleaning, deep cleaning, light cleaning, packing and unpacking

·         Household errands, personal shopping, linens and changing of the beds.

·         Vehicle maintenance, car washing and occasional driving

·         Care of couples animals, driving to groomer when required

·         Full time care of home and animals when couple is not in residence

In addition to our six lovely dogs we have a wonderful cat.  The home has a full time landscaper.  After tidying up the house in the morning when we are in residence, there will be downtime.

Live-in Caretaker and Ambassador - Maple Ridge, BC

UBC Malcolm Knapp Research Forest is seeking an energetic, organized, and self-directed couple with a positive attitude for the position of live-in caretaker and forest ambassador. The caretaker is responsible for being on-site during non-office hours (4pm until 8am weekdays; all weekends and stat holidays).

The University of British Columbia’s Malcolm Knapp Research Forest is located in Maple Ridge, British Columbia. The caretaker position includes the residency of a 3 bedroom 1 bath recently renovated home, electricity and natural gas, one lockable garage space and storage area and a monthly salary.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

·         Interacting with the public on an ongoing basis

·         Providing security during all non-office hours

·         Acting as a point of contact for any emergencies or incidents outside of office hours                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   

·         Maintaining the caretaker residence and performing light renovation work

·         Performing all required grounds keeping duties around the caretaker house and office

·         General maintenance of the public parking lots and the exterior gate

Requirements:

An estate owner is looking for an excellent and highly experienced domestic couple to join their Hamptons home and work under the Estate Manager. The couple must be willing to occasionally travel to the family's other home in Manhattan.

The couple must have worked together recently, for over five years, and want to stay with this job long-term. This is a hands-on position. One candidate must love to garden, drive, run errands and be able to manoeuvre heavy objects around the home. Another must have great, full-charge housekeeping skills and be eager to pitch in wherever more help is needed. Cleaning duties include dusting, vacuuming, organizing, polishing, laundry and pressing. Other duties include keeping the pantry stocked and keeping grocery/supplies lists.

Busy executive family seeks a formal Domestic Couple to stay long-term for their Upper West Side townhouse. The schedule is full-time Monday through Friday live in or live out.

The chosen candidates will collectively be fantastic at cooking, housekeeping, driving and maintaining the household appliances. The cooking will be of very healthy food and potentially there will be a need for simple meals for their two children. Please have extensive formal experience working together and take the initiative to continue working without direction.

Must be active enough to easily maneuver through the multiple story townhome and have a US Passport, Green Card or EAC Card with travel permission.

Salary is $120-150,000.
