FEATURED JOB OPENING: Store Manager Storage Couple/Team - Houston, TX

We are interested in two person property manager team qualified to do all tasks listed in the job description  to maximize the rental potential of a self storage facility location and oversee all aspects of storage transactions, customer service, rentals, record-keeping and security. These individuals will be responsible for the efficient and effective operations of the store through general property maintenance, a strong desire to grow the business,through outside the box thinking, developing effecting branding and marketing strategies, a positive attitude that reflects a desire to maintain the highest level of customer service and respect for internal and external customers.

 Both individuals must be able to conduct themselves professionally while servicing customers and both must have the ability to perform office duties. Additional responsibilities include community involvement through marketing initiatives.

 One individual must be able to perform office duties as well as light maintenance on property such as removal of weeds, light electrically, light plumbing, cleaning units, fixing doors and removing debris. This person must be endure exerting up to  50 lbs of force occasionally and/or up to 20 lbs of force frequently and/or up to 10 lbs of force constantly to move objects.

This position requires a valid driver’s license and maintain a good driving record to operate motor vehicles with both types of transmission (automatic or standard).

Golf Course and Grill Workcampers needed immediately - Westminster, SC

Upstate South Carolina, Chickasaw Point Golf Course is looking now for couples for the Summer and Fall/Winter season. Private 7-site RV Park with full hook-ups and secure WiFi.  Responsibilites include golf course operations and grill operations (no cooking). 

Fifteen hours per person per week in exchange for campsite, golf cart, UNLIMITED GOLF. 

Live In Domestic Couple for Fabulous Estate - Bryn Mawr, PA

Family seeking an energetic Couple to work and live in their home. We have had the same staff in our home for the many years. We are easy going and expect you to manage our home and be at our home when we go out of town (2 months for winter and 2 months in spring).

Prior in-home experience required but if you are trained with will consider. Our ideal candidate will help in the inside and outside of the home, walk our small dogs, take to the groomer, detailed cleaners, handle interior and exterior. There are only 2 of us in the home. The couple must provide care and supervision, documentation Skills, effective communication with the licensing regulators, may be bilingual but not required, , travel to and from, appointments and activities,  Light housework ,great  ,organization and  maintenance skills. , Must be able to prepare nutritious meals three times daily( plus snacks). Must provide medication dispencing  as necessary.
