Camp Host(s) for 90 site campground needed immediately. Duties include checking campers in, leading them to their site, general ground maintenance, bath and laundry room cleaning and small projects as needed.

This is a well maintained park in a beautiful area with lake access nearby. There is fishing, sking, boating and fun events nearly each week-end away from the park. We do not need to entertain them here as there is so much to do within the community.

Camp Host has a full hook-up site (Sewer, Softened Water, 30 or 50 amp Electric and WIFI) plus compensation for the days worked. No tents, quiet time 10 pm to 8 am strickly enforced. We encourage the 45 foot motor homes with tow behinds and 5th wheels with easy access to the site.

Our camp host work a 3 day rotation (three days on three days off). The park will be your responsibility during those three days. All of us pitch in to help on the holiday week-ends so no one is overwhelmed.

Camp Host(s) - Mimbres, NM

RV Park located in Mimbres, New Mexico, has an immediate opening for a couple or team to serve as camp hosts. Work in the campground is typical for an RV park.

Our RV Park is located approximately 20 miles east of Silver City, NM in the historic Mimbres Valley, which is the gateway to the Gila Wilderness area. Lakes, streams and hiking trails are throughout the area.

RVers will work the same three days a week and have the same 4 days off. Office work includes cleaning 2 modern restrooms and a small laundry room, greeting and checking in new arrivals, etc. Must be physically able to do yard work including watering, mowing and weeding.  This is a small park, with 20 sites on 3 1/2 acres.

We offer a 30amp RV site. A $150.00 monthly credit towards electric/propane use and $100.00 a month cash stipend to help with expenses.

Shopping is available nearby with all of the major stores. Verizon and Tracfone are the only 2 cell services that work here. There is a health clinic across the street that is open 2 days a week.

Experienced, Mature Couple to Manage Unique 17-room Motel - Jackson, MN

Experienced, mature couple sought for a 17-room motel catering mostly to local, regional and international travelers to Jackson, MN. Prefer if one partner can do maintenance. Motel operates all year round and is located 2 hours and 40 minutes from Minneapolis and 1hr and 25 minutes from Sioux Falls, SD.

This is a unique half-underground motel with loads of charm and very popular on Trip Advisor and other similar websites. The motel sits just off of Interstate 90 and is located within minutes from Lake Okojobi near the Iowa border, which offers a number of vacation attractions. Summer is our busy season.

Prior inn keeping experience preferred but will consider hard working couple with excellent customer service and maintenance skills.  $1200/month salary plus 1 bedroom, 1 bath onsite living quarters with all utilities paid.  Responsibilities include online reservations, guest check in/out, front desk service, reservation management, overseeing small housekeeping staff, and some laundry duties. Computer skills are a must. Extra pay for some maintenance work beyond the basic upkeep.

SEEKING LIVE IN MOTEL MANAGERS - IDEAL CANDIDATE IS RETIRED OR SEMI RETIRED COUPLE:  Half of the team will manage front desk (check in check out), online marketing, computer reservations, supplies, laundry (yes you do the laundry when summer staff is not on hand), money management, billing & credit card system.  Other partner must be VERY handy and over see maintenance, lawn care, general repairs, manage service personnel, contractors and summer employees.  This job takes two people but is easily managed and provides a nice lifestyle.

Motel is undergoing a renovation and new ownership.  Need pleasant active couple who ENJOY BEING NEEDED AND BUSY, who is excited by this rewarding opportunity and welcomes the multi tasking nature of hotel management.  Located in Mid Coast Maine, close to beaches, 1 hour to Portland, Maine, beautiful all year round community, islands, bike trails, great restaurants, boating , ocean.  VACATION DESTINATION.  Super busy from Memorial day to Labor day.  Then slows down to weekends and weekly leaf peepers into Fall.  Seasonal or longer term occupancy thereafter depending on revenues.

Summer is VERY busy.  We are looking for someone who is willing to work or cover hotel 7 days/nite a week (yes you do get some time off but need to cover during our busy season).  You will hire a part time front desk back up person and summer maid staff (or J 1 Students) to help with turnovers.

There is manual labor involved in this job.  If staffers can not handle the busy turnover than you may need to clean a bathroom, empty trash, strip a bed or 4.  Our handy part of the team needs to cover repairs, like toilet issues, broken fridge/air conditioner units, run to get extra supplies or call painter, lawn man, or pool man to fix this or that....etc...

We do plan to close for a couple of months in the winter.  BUT when and how long depends on if we achieve or hopefully surpass our income projections.

House is included in compensation and is large, has new wood flooring, deck, 3 bedrooms plus large kitchen and garage.  All expenses and utilities of the house, are included in compensation. So FREE Housing (but you do work for it) is provided and it is nice!  A monthly salary is also paid along with a cell phone, gasoline and bonus tied to room revenues.

Innkeeping Couple Wanted in Historic St Augustine FL - St. Augustine, FL

We are a 16-room bed and breakfast located in the heart of downtown historic St. Augustine, right on the bayfront. Sixteen rooms equates to at least 32 guests on a daily basis during peak season (November thru May). We need an experienced couple/team who can cover all the bases and help our existing team knock it out of the park more than they already do!

Everyone thinks running a bed and breakfast is glamorous, especially on a waterfront location. Truth be told, it is a lot of work, more than you can imagine, so the winning couple for us has that background and knows the work involved.

A typical day would include assisting with the breakfast rush, answering phones and making reservations, upselling signature items and packages, catering to guest needs, checking guests in and out, collecting and recording payments, balancing cash sheets, addressing email inquiries, grocery runs, providing expert concierge service, cleaning rooms, helping with laundry, attending to standard maintenance and groundskeeping issues, preparation and cleanup for social hour, filling in for staff as needed, and more! Whichever one of the couple will be doing desk time (if not both of you) must alrady be proficient with the Microsoft platform as well as at least one reservation system.
