Our Inn is a gay-owned 12-room recently renovated historic mansion in a very busy summer tourism destination.  Recently gut renovated the entire first and second floor, adding insulation, new windows, bathrooms and furnishings.

our restaurant inside the Inn is an upscale/fine dining restaurant with two inside dining rooms - 16 seat private dining room and 24 seat regular dining room, along with 38 outdoor seats.  

Executive Chef Role -
Menu planning, food cost, inventory, managing staff, executing service.

Front of House Role -
Responsible for the guest rooms and the restaurant (with help!) to ensure all of our guests (lodging and dining) are well taken care of.

PT Couples/Retirees/RVers work - Simple HUD Home Inspections - - Complete questionnaire/survey & take 75-100 pictures of the interior/exterior of the property using your smartphone or tablet. Biweekly inspections to ensure homes remain in show-ready condition.

HUD homes available in 27 states. Inspections take approximately an hour to complete. The rate is $22 per inspection. No certification required. Dedicated WorkCamper Couple - Four Oaks, NC

We are a small campground just off I-95 in Four Oaks, NC, that has a small 12 room motel, campground and mobile home park that has a total of 35 mixed use sites and 10 primitive tent sites. We are looking for Work Campers that can help us in making our continued transition to a campground Resort. We have several projects underway and will need a dedicated individual/couple to help with this transition. 

We are located on HWY 301 between Smithfield and Four Oaks, NC. Raleigh and Fayetteville are only about 40 minutes away. Maintenance Work Campers must provide our guests with an experience beyond their expectations! Maintenance duties include escorting guests to their sites for check-ins, general maintenance, resort cleanup, trash pick-up, restroom maintenance, mobile home maintenance and cleaning, cottage maintenance and cleaning, mowing, trimming, landscaping which could include digging, plumbing and electrical would be a plus, and various projects and other duties as needed, plus volunteering to help with special events. 

Work Camper position is for trade of 25 hours per week, which is five 5 hour shifts per week and these shifts can be divided in any combination for Work camper couples. Compensation is for your accommodations which include a full hookup site for a couple only. including utilities, two propane tanks (up to 40#), $20 laundry credit , and a 10% General Store discount, but does NOT include pay. 2 Dogs are allowed but no rottweilers, Dobermans or any other aggressive breed.
