Management Couple for Large Mobilehome Commmunity - Tulsa, OK

Looking for a management couple to become part of our team. Candidates should have good written, verbal, and communication skills as well as a good work ethic. One member of the team will be overseeing the office and second team member would be overseeing maintenance.

Office person must  be computer literate, detailed oriented, and the ability to multi task. Candidates need to be reliable and trustworthy and able to pass a drug test and criminal background. This is a full time on call position and candidates must live on site, housing will be provided. Office duties consist of but not limited to collecting rents, banking, enforcing community Rulas and Regulations, overseeing employees and vendors, evictions, serving notices to residents, holding community events, handling resident concerns in a timely manner, and numerous daily duites.

Duties for Maintenance Supervisor will be curb appeal, maintaining infrastructure, overseeinf maintenance persons, working with vendors, maintaining pools, make ready of homes. The maintenance supervisors position is a hands on job working along side maintenance persons.
