We are in need of an individual or team to oversee the management and maintenance of a 55+ manufactured home community in Parkland, Washington. Previous management experience with MHP's or apartments is welcomed, but is NOT required. We look for people with great attitudes, follow through, the ability to talk to anyone and attention to the details. 

To be successful as a Community Manager there are two parts to the job. The general office part includes collecting rents, making deposits, enforcing rules and regulations, issuing violation notices, screening prospective residents, handling resident relations and evictions. 

Community maintenance is the second part of the job. This includes maintaining the common areas, operating and maintaining landscape equipment and managing maintenance projects to completion. Minor plumbing and electrical troubleshooting skills would be a great. There maybe an occasional after hours that will need to be managed.

Principle is looking for a full time, professional, hardworking Security /driver/handyman housekeeper couple, who are looking to commit to a long term position, to live on a private property in a beautifully quiet part of Mayfair (accommodation will be provided within the house). Currently 5 members of the family residing at the property but within a matter of weeks it will solely be the principle.

Requirements

•  Clean UK driving license (for one)

Duties and responsibilities

The security aspect of the role includes making sure that the home is kept secure, DIY and maintenance is carried out where necessary as well as driving around London taking the principal and family to events, appointments and airport journeys.

The housekeeping part of the role will include undertaking all housekeeping of the property including all cleaning of fine furniture, caring for fine art, laundry and ironing, all to a very high standard. Maintaining the appearance and presentation of the house, shopping for the house including food, occasional basic meal preparation and front of house when the principals are entertaining.

We are a small resort with 5 cabins and 6 RV sites in the Tahoe National Forest nestled along the North Yuba River on scenic Highway 49 just outside of Downieville in Northern California. We are looking for an energetic couple in good health to perform the tasks of cabin cleaning, maintenance and guest relations. We offer a full hook-up RV space on the river and a weekly salary of $200 for this seasonal opportunity. Position is open immediately and ends October 15^th.

Goldmyer Hot Springs is breathtakingly beautiful and off the grid in an old growth forest. We will consider a couple or 2 person team who have a stable working and living relationship. This caretaking position requires the caretaking team to live together in a small, but well appointed, cabin. There is on site power generation and propane heat. There is limited communication via satellite internet, no television.
