We are looking for the ideal well adjusted caregiver couple, mature, responsible, honest, and very loving, who show a cheerful and positive disposition, gentle and patient, good listeners and communicators, friendly, trustworthy and helpful team players that are not afraid of work, to help us with care giving, possibly cooking and possibly all around maintenance work for a 14 bed Elderly Care Facility in Santa Maria, California --- on the beautiful Central Coast area with very pleasant year round weather. Great kind, loving, and positive team to work with. No health insurance provided.

Living quarters for a couple, utilities and all meals are provided even on your two days off each week, so your expenses will be very low. You will receive a salary of $2,000 each, and with super low expenses, you should be able to save a good portion of that. You will enjoy a clean and beautiful environment, with beautiful country setting. Once you get the hang of it, and learn to love the sweet elderly residents like we do; it does not really feel like work. It is joyful uplifting service. You will work 5 days a week:  7 am to about 11 am, then again from about 3 pm to 7:30 pm. You would also be expected to check on residents 4 nights a week. 

Caregivers assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, toileting, etc., and with joyful activities to keep them busy and happy. Our facility is non-tobacco & non-swearing. Team members and residents are treated with kindness, respect, and dignity. Candidate(s) must possess a high level of domestic personal services experience in private residences, with verifiable references and be well versed in identifying, maintaining and preserving luxury items such as fine art, antiques, china and crystal. Proper social etiquette and cultural knowledge is also required.

This position will require person(s) to wear many hats. Experience in real estate, specifically residential property, facilities management, preventative maintenance, administrative, construction, renovation and project management experience is strongly preferred. Candidates with these skills in addition to domestic skills will be given special consideration.

Candidate(s) must have extensive hands-on and supervisory experience in housekeeping, deep cleaning, ironing, laundry, household inventory stocking, landscape maintenance, event planning, basic vehicle maintenance, guest services, time management, errands and household organizational skills.
