Come and join our awesome maintenance team! Our Resort, located near the lovely Palm Springs area, is seeking maintenance help with projects and daily tasks. Approximately 17-20 hours per week. Generally the summer hours will start early and end before noon, but after that you would be free to enjoy our many top-rated pools and amenities. Starting immediately. $10/hour towards site, sewage hook-up and water. We guarantee hours will cover site, sewage hook-up and water.

Property Manager/ Caretaker Team - Poncha Springs, CO

Looking for a couple to manage a cabin resort in Poncha Springs, Colorado, just 10 minutes away from Salida. Small family owned resort with five cabins and common room. Located in a secluded and beautiful area at the base of Poncha Pass, HWY 285.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• General Grounds-keeping and Cabin Maintenance

• Oversee care of owners pets (2 Cats, 2 Dogs, 2 Horses)

• Reservations and office work • Part time cabin cleaning and bedding turn-overs

• Other duties as requested

Compensation:

• Housing (30ft Airstream Trailer provided rent free on property, utilities not included)

• Salary negotiable based upon experience

Hands on Domestic Couple required for CT fine home.

You will be responsible for meticulous care of all that pertains to the newly built home both inside and out including thorough cleaning, laundry and ironing, errands, management of vendors and contractors. Excellent communication and organization skills required plus a “can do” attitude.

Proactive, resourceful, competent, common sense and excellent work ethic would describe your approach to your work.
