Teaching Parent Couple

O’Connell Youth Ranch is in need of a Live-In Married Teaching Parent Couple. A teaching parent couple will teach social and life skills to 6-8 emotionally/behaviorally challenged youth between the ages of 12-18 in a community based group home setting.

Qualifications:

BA in Human Services and/or experience working with youth preferred but not necessary. Must be 25 or older and have a valid Driver’s license.

Bed & Breakfast Management - Sardinia Italy

Caretaker and Manager for 14 bedroom Bed and Breakfast.

10 rooms are rentable, the others are inhabited by owners/staff.

Rooms rent for between $100 - $150 a night.

-Languages: English, Italian preferred

-Tasks: Keep property neat and clean, manage the garden, clean bedrooms, prepare breakfast for clients, check guests in/out, other tasks related to managing a Bed and Breakfast

Help Wanted - Dozier, AL

We are looking for a couple to help out with our General Store and maintaining the grounds. Each person must work 20 hours a wee to recieve FHU, Wi-Fi and cble tv. Any additional hours will be paid at $8.00 an hour. Both will have days off together. This is a year round position.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Keeping the facility rented at optimum levels by effectively utilizing advertising and promotional and customer relations skills as approved by management. Resolve customer problems and professionally handle telephone and walk in inquiries. Process auto-payments monthly and visually inspect the facility daily, observe and respond promptly to any situation and advise management.
