Housekeeping & Jack-of-all-Trades - Rapid City, SD

Greetings from the beautiful Black Hills of South Dakota!   We need the talents of a smiley-faced :) workcamping couple for the 2016 season.    

We have a small bungalow we rent out during the season (3 night minimum) that needs to be kept up in between guests, as does the property it sits on (including the 4 RV hook ups a stone's throw away).   When the guests check out, the bungalow needs to be cleaned (takes one person about 4 hours), linens/towels need to be washed and the dishwasher run.   Generally guests do quick meals (microwave, stovetop).  The bungalow has 2 bedrooms and one bathroom.  It has never been "trashed",  just mainly surface dirt.  Guests are told that if they want cleaning services while they are there, it is an extra fee and so far, no one has requested that so it gets cleaned an average of 6 times a month.  When someone checks out, the next check in is usually the next day or two.   

As far as the property upkeep is concerned, we provide a riding mower and weedeater.  Also need occasional handyman stuff.  Generally that would be things like minor carpentry repairs,  painting, replace lights, etc., although sometimes we need to call someone in for more advanced type of repairs.  You never know what will break!

I also just opened a two-suite bed and breakfast this year and because it is my first year, I dont expect to be busy, especially with only two rooms.  Need minimal help with the B&B / property it sits on.  It is 3 miles away.

We are looking for a couple  to work a total of 32 hours every two weeks (ie., one week could be 12 hours and the other 16 hours) and for that, you would get:

free hookups (water,sewer,elec)

free laundry use at the bungalow in between guests (including detergent)coupon book for the area

occasional breakfast

We need a couple soon and hopefully work through September.

Experienced managers for 5-star park - Ukiah, CA

Senior Mobilehome Community in 100+ mobile homes needs a positive, friendly two person management team. We are seeking a couple for this position, not just one person .

Experience managing an apartment complex, mobile home park, RV park, or mini storage would be preferred, but not required . We are looking for a team with strong people and customer service skills, and related work experience that can be used in these positions.

Some skills required:
- computer skills that include typing scanning, emailing, and internet searching.
- familiar with Quickbooks to generate residents monthly bills
-distribute bills and notices to residents
-deposit rents
- meet with prospective residents to process applications for tenancy, and determine acceptability for tenancy with help from the regional property manager.
- routine park maintenance such as cleaning and maintenance office park office, restrooms, laundry room, streets, and RV storage yard.
-Painting, light electrical, plumbing, and carpentry skills

You will be interacting with our residents and assisting them with heir questions and concerns regarding the park. You will be responsible for ensuring restrooms and laundry facilities are clean and ready for resident use every day.

Office help / Caretaker - Dozier, AL

We are looking for a couple to help out with our general store and maintain our grounds. Each person must work 20 hours a week to receive FHU, Wi-Fi,Cable Tv and Laundry . Full-Time RV Park Manager Couple - Pharr, TX

Are you looking for a Position which allows you to use your Management and Maintenance Skills to the fullest?  Then you might just be the right people to take over the Management Couple Position at one of our RV Parks in the Rio Grande Valley of Texas.  We are Winter Texan Destination Parks so we are busy working with Residents and Guests during the Winter Season, but it is much slower during the Summer Off-Season.

The Position I am looking to fill has permanent outside personnel, housekeeping personnel and during the Winter months we bring in additional Work Campers.  One person would oversee and help with the outside maintenance while the other person would be in charge of the office.  Again, we bring in additional help for the office during the Season.  You would need to have an RV to live in while working this opportunity.  Our Managers tenure presently is running from 4 years to 11 years in length.
