Fibercare Inc. is a nationwide hotel deep cleaning company that has been in business for over 30 years. Our crews travel the US to service carpets, drapes, furniture, and power wash air conditioner units in hotels and retirement centers.

We are in search of qualified cleaning technicians that will travel the country for 3-4 months at a time.  GREAT opportunity to SAVE MONEY with minimal living expenses and EARN a lot of money.  You lodge at the hotels you are cleaning and travel in company vehicle with company provided equipment, truck, chemicals, all tools and items needed to do the job.

COUPLES!!!!!!! THERE WILL BE A PERIOD OF UP TO A MONTH THAT YOU WILL HAVE TO TRAIN WITH ANOTHER CREW SEPERATE. THIS IS TO ENSURE THAT ONCE YOU ARE WORKING AS A CREW/TEAM YOU WILL BE FULLY TRAINED AND WILL BE ABLE TO FUNCTION AS A TEAM. YOU WILL HAVE TO BE IN WICHITA, KS FOR 3 DAYS TRAINING AND THEN BE SENT OUT TO A TRAINING TEAM. THIS IS A GREAT OPPERTUNITY FOR COUPLES TO WORK AND LIVE IN THE ROAD TOGETHER. 

Requirements:

-Ability to travel for 3 months at a time

-Physically able to perform work

-Service and / or maintenance experience

-Cleaning experience a plus

-Hotel experience a plus

-Good communication skills

Training program:

PAID training @ $12 per hour during 3 day training program held in Wichita, KS prior to departure

MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL TO WICHITA, KS FOR THE TRAINING AND BE READY TO GO ON THE ROAD AFTER THE 3RD DAY

Earnings of $1500-3000 per month with travel pay / per diem

Large estate in Westchester is in need of a traditional hands on couple to upkeep and maintain formal residence.

Part Time Ranch Manager Couple to Rent Ranch House - Woodland, UT

Ranch House for Lease with Part Time Ranch Management Job to Supplement Income Permanent Part-Time Position. We are looking for a part-time Ranch Manager/Foreman to help maintain our 820 acre family recreational ranch in Woodland, Utah. The north boundary of this remarkable property is on the Provo River and the south boundary has beautiful Wasatch Range mountain views.

There are two homes on the property. The main house is used periodically by owners and guests. The caretaker house advertised has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There are irrigated pastures surrounded by hundreds of acres of peaceful country.

The position is for a Ranch Manager/Foreman that will work closely with the owner to maintain the land, ranch roads, homes, common area buildings, landscape, fences, wells, and equipment, both personally and through organizing and supervision of outside contractors, while making safety and risk management a priority. Seasoned Equestrian helpful but not required.

We are looking for excellence in integrity, honesty and work ethic. The right applicant must have a positive and willing attitude, be flexible and hard-working, organized, good communication skills and manage time efficiently. Must have computer skills to maintain spreadsheet to track time and expenses. Great references and clean record are a must.

Along with these key personality traits, we are looking for someone experienced in: • Facilities Management/Maintenance/handyman (electrical, plumbing, etc) – Contractors will be provided on jobs needing major repair • Able to operate and maintain heavy equipment • Supervision of hired help • Irrigation and sprinkler system maintenance and repair • Maintain ranch roads -- clear snow in winter and weeds in summer • Manage and clear riding arena and all property trails • Manage land to include deadfall removal and fire protection • Ranch projects as directed by owner/management • Occasional Guest Relations for guests using main residence

The caretaker house monthly rental is $1600 per month or $800 per month and 40 hours of work per month. Use of irrigated pastures for horse boarding and riding arena use can be negotiated separately.
