Breakfast Crew - Bluff, UT

Bistro and Espresso Bar is looking for two professionals to run our breakfasts Tuesdays thru Sundays, March thru October. We are a small restaurant that seats 40 people. We have two servers, a busser,  and a chef currently on staff and are serving lunch and dinner with that crew. We need a couple who can make pastry, pies, pancakes, and operate or be trained to use an espresso machine.

Whomever takes on this position must be looking for a long term situation---someone who wants to live in small town, rural Utah---who loves archaeology, starry skies, quiet, hiking and gardening.. and who enjoys having the winter months off. We are interested in a couple or one skilled pastry maker. Housing is not provided at this time, but a few rentals can be found in Bluff for $450-600/month.
