Full-Time RV Park Manager Couple - Pharr, TX

Are you looking for a Position which allows you to use your Management and Maintenance Skills to the fullest?  Then you might just be the right people to take over the Management Couple Position at one of our RV Parks in the Rio Grande Valley of Texas.  We are Winter Texan Destination Parks so we are busy working with Residents and Guests during the Winter Season, but it is much slower during the Summer Off-Season.

The Position I am looking to fill has permanent outside personnel, housekeeping personnel and during the Winter months we bring in additional Work Campers.  One person would oversee and help with the outside maintenance while the other person would be in charge of the office.  Again, we bring in additional help for the office during the Season.  You would need to have an RV to live in while working this opportunity.  Our Managers tenure presently is running from 4 years to 11 years in length.

Couple to head up our Kitchen - Pharr, TX

Large RV Resort in search of a couple who would like to head up and over see our kitchen.  Meal planning, preparing and serving meals to our residents a few days a week.  This is a great opportunity for showing off your cooking talents.  Applicants should have previous catering, chef or cooking experience but not required.  When not working you can enjoy all the ammenities that this Resort has to offer.

Work 24 hours a week.

YOU WILL HAVE TO BE IN WICHITA, KS FOR 3 DAYS TRAINING AND THEN BE SENT OUT TO A TRAINING TEAM. THIS IS A GREAT OPPERTUNITY FOR COUPLES TO WORK AND LIVE IN THE ROAD TOGETHER. 

Requirements:

-Ability to travel for 3 months at a time

-Physically able to perform work

-Service and / or maintenance experience

-Cleaning experience a plus

-Hotel experience a plus

-Good communication skills

Training program:

PAID training @ $12 per hour during 3 day training program held in Wichita, KS prior to departure

MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL TO WICHITA, KS FOR THE TRAINING AND BE READY TO GO ON THE ROAD AFTER THE 3RD DAY

Earnings of $1500-3000 per month with travel pay / per diem

Domestic Couple- Able to travel - Granite Springs, NY

Large estate in Westchester is in need of a traditional hands on couple to upkeep and maintain formal residence.

You would work with additional staff to ensure the home is guest ready at all times.
Cooking, formal serving and setting is required.

On site accommodation is provided

Schedule is typically Thursday thru Monday - Ability to travel to other home within US needed.

Hands on Domestic Couple required for CT fine home.

You will be responsible for meticulous care of all that pertains to the newly built home both inside and out including thorough cleaning, laundry and ironing, errands, management of vendors and contractors.  Excellent communication and organization skills required plus a “can do” attitude.

Proactive, resourceful, competent, common sense and excellent work ethic would describe your approach to your work.   

The family are very respectful and expect this to be reciprocated.

Days are typically Monday – Friday 8am – 6pm with flexibility
