Looking for a loving, kind and patient couple to oversee our house and property as well as to provide care for our super sweet and gentle autistic 22 year old son. Our home has a caretakers apartment attached to it where you would live.

The property is absolutely gorgeous with many fruit producing trees and flowers. We have a hot tub and an indoor pool on site as well. The house is located in a gated community with a 5 minute walk directly onto the beach on Monterrey Bay. We travel back and forth from Ohio to Santa Cruz. We are usually in Santa Cruz about twice a month for long weekends. When we are not there we would need you to help oversee the property and take care of our son. Also additional time off for holidays and when his mother is on property.

Nick is 22 years old and autistic. He is verbal and non-violent. Our main concern with Nick is having someone there to wake him up and get him out of bed mid-morning and make sure he eats meals. When left alone, he likes to lounge in bed most of the day and forgets to eat. He is very independent in that he enjoys watching his favorite tv shows and playing on th computer. He won't need a "playmate" rather someone who can prepare simple meals and get him to eat. His food preferences are very limited including pizza, cheeseburgers, cheese sandwiches and ice cream. In other words, this position will not require gourmet or elaborate cooking! He also likes field trips to hardware stores, the Santa Cruz Bookshop and Taco Bell! You will fall in love with Nick - everyone does.

We will conduct background checks and reference checks so please be advised. Need to fill Position by late 2016/early 2017. Also, Nick does not like dogs so we would prefer no dogs. Open to discussion of dog is smaller and can be limited to certain areas of property. Free accommodations and wage.

Gate Guard Couple - Tilden, TX

QMC Services - Security is looking for a couple w/RV or Camper to perform gate guard duties in support of oilfield operations in South Texas / Tilden, TX area. Duties will consist of logging in/out authorized personnel,  notifying appropriate emergency and managierial personnel in the event of an emergency. 

Couple must have RV/Camper at gate location during the duration of the project. Generator, lighting, water & septic provided.  Upcoming project scheduled to begin 19 Aug 2016, personnel need to be in place no later than 6pm, 18 Aug 2016.  Project is expected to last at least two weeks.

This a phenomenal opportunity for caretaker. ranch hand (individual or couple) to live on a semi remote
40 acre (Off The Grid) property in beautiful Arizona near the White Mountains and the Sitgreaves National
Forest. Close to recreational boating, fishing, skiing and hunting. Seeking experienced ranch manager
/working couple to oversee 40+ acre ranch in Southern Arizona. Property is primarily a lifestyle ranch
being developed as a boutique-scale organic and sustainable heirloom farm. Successful (candidate/couple
w/children) must possess excellent management skills. Serving as a hands-on general manager, the ranch
manager reports directly to the owners and has the ability to work well alone and with others to accomplish
all work. We are looking for a conscientious, organized and detail-oriented self-starter with a strong work
ethic who shares our commitment to the stewardship of the land while appreciating the service needs and
the challenges of a rural property. 20min from services and town with full services and schools.

You will be hired on a trial basis of 90 days. We want you to be a good fit for us and us a good fit for you.
Responsibilities include management, landscaping, administration, operations and maintenance, fire
mitigation, renovation and construction, to include construction of log structures, security and hospitality.
Not limited to the duties listed. Must have valid driver’s license, working knowledge of farming and
ranching, ability to operate farm vehicles and equipment, power tools, generators, electrical, mechanical
knowledge. Must pass a background check. Must speak fluent English, gardening/landscaping, fencing and
bookkeeping/accounting skills desired but not required. Bee Keeping and organic gardening skills are a plus.
Must have knowledge of solar system installation and maintenance or be willing to educate yourself on this

Staff housing: You will be able to set up your RV or trailer on 1acre of land. 1/2 acre will be designated
toward the front of the property for the caretaker to live on. You will be responsible for provision of your
gas and water for your personal usage. This is an exchange for care taking and ranch hand/labor and services.
The caretaker will be able to share in produce, fruit and vegetable grown in the organic garden or cultivate
a garden on the 1 acre caretaker home site. Our plan for the future is to build a 2br, log home cabin for
