Our Park is set in the rolling aspen-forested hills of Southern Alberta close to the banks of the beautiful Red Deer River. With 333 condo lots, 50 short-stay and 10 seasonal spaces, the management team requires an array of diverse experience and skills.

Major responsibilities include: Customer Service - ensuring that all owners, renters and guest have the best possible experience. Managing the annual operations - the management team is responsible for all aspects of park operations (both in season and off season) but not limited to: -Public and government relations, -Personal Management - hiring, supervision and administration of all seasonal and on-call staff -Park Infrastructure - water, sewer, power, TV, Wi-fi -Financial accounts: responsible for the day to day financial transactions of the corporation - budget, payroll and use of data base systems -Maintenance of common property, buildings, roads and equipment -Ensuring the security, amenities and natural beauty is maintained -Direct contact and response to owners concerns and suggestions -Administration of park By-laws, policies and rules and regulations.

Candidates for the position should have knowledge of accounting and computers. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must. The management team reports to an elected Board representing the owners of the Condominium Corporation.

Live on-site: Part time Apt Maintenance & Manager Couple - Blanco, TX

Seeking mature couple to live on-site (beautiful apt povided) and provide part-time general maintenance & mgmt for small (30 unit) apartment property located in the beautiful Texas Hill Country rural town of Blanco, TX.  (between San Antonio and Austin, off hwy 281), convenient to major cities, yet nestled in peaceful, rural area.  New owners (2015) are remodeling and improving property quickly.  (24 of 30 units renovated; most maintenance issues addressed during remodels).

Reduced Rental housing.  Must be skilled, knowledgeable about job requirements, healthy, responsible, honest, mature, enjoy working with people, respectful to residents, organized, computer literate.  No drugs, DWI's or negative background issues that would impact ability to perform duties.  Prefer non-smokers.

Couple may also obtain secondary jobs in the area, if wanted, as our positions are part-time and not full-tme.

We have part-time onsite mgr working from 9-noon Mon-Fri, so 2nd on-site assistant manager would be responsible for being in office on Tues & Thur afternoons, 2 Saturdays 10-4 per month).  Prefer CAM certification or  experince in apartment management.

On-site maintenance responsible for general maintenance of property, organization of maintenance inventory, assistance with 6 remaining units (as they become vacant, ready to remodel) and be on-site for emergencies or maintenance needs.  (Part-time hours could coincide with manager).  Licensures are a plus.

Background check and credit checks required, as well as letters of reference.

Agritourism Management - Gratteri Italy

We need a couple that could work on our agritourism: we offer a house for living and a small starting wage that can go up depending on numbers of booking.

The agritourism is composed of 2 wood bungalow and 4 double room that were previously a b&b; we take care of the bookings and we ask to the couple gardening jobs and general manteinance jobs, manage the rooms (clean and organize-make ready the rooms and the houses), receive guests, and prepare breakfast; when requested.

We need a couple that don't need work visa to work in italy, that is provided with driving licence to drive in italy, and that speak italian fluently or at least at a medium level (at least one), english fluently and french desiderable.

FEATURED JOB OPENING: Caretaker for Thornhill Farm - Independence, MN

Hello! I am the owner of Thornhill Farm in Independence, Minnesota. Our property is 56 acres, which the previous owner spent 30 years restoring into native Minnesotan prairie. Currently, we are designing our farm to both conserve the prairie and the "wildlife corridor" it is part of AND to accommodate our dream of having horses. Our horses are now being boarded nearby, but we hope to find a caretaker or caretaker couple that can love Thornhill as we do. First, we would love to find someone who has horse experience--but a "horse person" with an open mind. At Thornhill, we are designing a "paddock paradise", both to conserve the prairie and to provide our horses with a nearly-mile-long track where they can move around in a way that is healthy for them. There are not any farms of this nature in the West Metro (west of Minneapolis), so we are hoping to educate horse- and landowners when the project is done.

We are also working on creating extensive gardens, so someone with a love for plants as well as animals would be wonderful. The land is beautiful, but takes some management. Trees always wanna keep popping up in our prairie! We are also hoping to have a bevy of other animals, a proper hobby farm, in the future, but all of this hinges on finding the right caretaker! We are a family that is quite busy, and most of us travel quite a bit, so we need someone steady. Carpentry and handyman services are very much needed, for things large and small (though the small is more important, as I can get others to do the "big" stuff). For instance, someone needs to move the perches in the chicken coop--they were built up to high and too close to the wall! Poor Branwell (the rooster) will not fit up there!

Of course, we are not going to complain if you come with other skills as well--baking a pie or something like that!

Housing will be included, though not on the property, but nearby in a newly-constructed townhouse. We appreciate privacy and think our caretaker(s) might want some of his/her own as well!
