Couple Wanted to Manage Small Hotel - Pompano Beach, FL
WHY DO WE SHOW EXPIRED LISTINGS?
We are looking for a non smoking mature couple or a single individual with no children for a permanent, live in manager position for a small 9 room motel on the beach in South Florida (Pompano Beach).
WE ARE ONLY LOOKING FOR AN INDIVIDUAL OR COUPLE WHO HAVE HAD EXPERIENCE MANAGING OR WORKING IN A MOTEL OR B&B FOR NO LESS THAN TWO YEARS. Must be AVAILABLE TO INTERVIEW IN PERSON.
Bilingual a plus but not required. You will handle the running of the whole property, from reservations, check in check out, cleaning rooms ,laundry, maintenance, and the care of the swimming pool. There is no other staff, so you are expected to be able to perform all these duties yourselves. Must have prior motel or B&B experience. Must have experience in light maintenance/handyman skills. Strong computer skills are also needed as the reservations system is computerized and there will be online marketing.
This is a seven day a week job. It does not require all of your attention all the time, but you must pay attention to details all of the time and be available to the guests.
Compensation is a studio apartment, all utilities paid, including phone, direct TV and internet. and $1500/month for the couple.
