Management Team for Large Manufatured Community - Copperas Cove, TX

Looking for a Management Team to become part of our Team. Candidates should have good written, verbal, people and communication skills as well as a good work ethic. Must also be computer literate, detail oriented, and ability to multi task as well as marketing and selling our company owned homes.

Candidates need to be reliable and trustworthy and able to pass a drug test as well as a criminal background. This is a full time 24/7 on call position and candidates must live on site, housing will be provided.

Job duties consist of but not limited to: collecting rents banking, enforcing community Rules and Regulation, overseeing employees and vendors, evictions, serving notices to Residents, holding community events, handling resident concerns in a timely manner, and numerous daily duties. Maintenance duties will include full maintenance responsibility. This is a hands-on working position. This will involve having company-owned mobile homes in a for-sale, habitable and safe condition, maintaining the infrastructure and curb appeal of the community, light electrical, plumbing and all other responsibilities associated with the maintenance of the community. You are to follow our policies and procedures. Must have own hand tools, truck a plus.

Live In Nanny/Chef Couple Needed - Rye, NY

A client located in Westchester is seeking a live in domestic couple to care for their children and prepare meals for the family.

The nanny will be responsible for the care of 3 school aged children, getting them ready for school, keeping their rooms and things tidy, all laundry related to the children, coming up with fun and educational activities, getting them to and from after school activities, homework help, and more. Park Managers/Maintenance - Elk City, OK

We have four mobile home parks within 20 minutes, all located in or near Elk City Oklahoma. Appx 500 pads, one park is a MHP & RV mix with 77 RV spots. This is a repositioning for the investment partners. Parks have strong income but there is still much to do. We are looking for a couple who enjoys a challenge and loves people!

The RV park has an average of 10-20 nightlys as well as 22 monthly migrant workers, whose numbers are increasing. The other 3 parks have a total of 55 vacant trailers currently under construction. there are also vacant pads that can be filled.

Between the two, the couple needs to have strong organizational skills, computer literacy, be familiar with Excel, power point etc,. In addition, they will need construction experience with renovating mobile homes, and maintenance for RV and Mobile Home Parks.

Elk City is located off of HWY 40 just 2 hours west of Oklahoma City. With a population of 12,000 it is a small town feel with friendly Oklahomans. Elk City is a hub for oil and gas companies and services a total of 65,000 from bedroom communities that shop and do business there.

 The job comes with a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom beautifully renovated fully landscaped 2400sq ft home with a 1200sq ft fully functional shop next to it on 2 acres at the back of the property. (Very private!)
