Campground Host - Waterton Park, AB

Our Campground is an RV park located 5.6 kilometers east of Waterton Lakes National Park in Alberta along the beautiful Canadian Rockies. Waterton Lakes National Park is, also, an International Peace Park with Glacier National Park located in Montana.

We are looking for a retired couple as campground hosts, to each volunteer to work 15 hours per week, in exchange for a full serviced site which includes the use of the laundry facilities, from May 1 to September 30, 2017.

Some of the work involved is lawn maintenance, cleaning of washrooms, and general maintenance work when required. Also, when needed, you would be required to cover the phone taking reservations and registering customers, providing them with information of things to do in the area. Because we are located near a National park, we get many international travelers, photographers, hikers, golfers and fisherman.

On your off hours there are a lot of places in the area to explore and things to do. If you love to hike, fish and play golf this is the place to be.

We are looking for a couple interested in working with at-risk youth 11-19 years old in a therapeutic home environment. This couple would be responsible for the daily supervision and oversight of up to five youths in a beautiful Alaskan setting

KPCCC will provide the home, utilities, transportation, training and support as well as a salary of $50,000 and benefits for the right couple. The program is directed toward the youth becoming self-sufficient and includes support in all areas of personal growth as they gain independence.

Managers needed for a 80 Unit apartment community in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Duties include renting of units, collection of rents, tenant relations, qualifying potential residents, knowledge of Tax Credit programs helpful. Knowledge of Yardi or Rent Manager programs helpful. Able to work with residents. Bi-lingual helpful. Not necessary.

Maintenance of units for make ready. Working knowledge of painting, plumbing, electrical,heating A/C.

Landscaping / Sprinkler systems.

Innkeeper Couple Wanted - Whiteface Mountain, NY - Wilmington, NY

Wanted: Energetic, personable, non-smoking couple to operate an established European style B&B in the Whiteface / Lake Placid area. Responsibilities include: front desk check-in, updating database, taking reservations, email responses, making daily breakfast, cleaning rooms, general maintenance, limited bookkeeping for credit cards, weekly shopping, doing laundry, and general house keeping.

Training will be provided with limited management oversight.

Compensation includes a weekly draw, profit sharing, 2 weeks paid vacation, and an on-site fully furnished 1 bedroom apartment with all utilities. References required. Hospitality experience a plus.

Summer in the Beautiful Black Hills - Custer, SD

Seeking couples for office and maintenance positions who are fun, active, people orientated, and who want to spend their summer in the beautiful Black Hills of South Dakota as a part of our family.

Seeking 26– 28 hours a week (per couple) of work with coordinating days off to enjoy all this area has to offer.

Position runs May 1, 2017 to September 30, 2017.

Compensation includes a full hookup RV site with water, sewer, electricity, Cable TV, and wireless internet service. Sites are within the campground, spacious, and with all amenities of our premium sites. These sites rent for $41.00 -$43.00 a day.

Also included are Black Hills VIP passes granting free access to much of the Black Hills Area attractions valued at over $400.00.

There is a mix of Office and Maintenance duties included in all schedules.

Typical office duties include:

Check in arriving guests Take reservations via email and phone Assist customers with questions about the Black Hills Area. Cleaning and general upkeep of office Experience with Campground Master Reservation software is a plus.

Any party working in the office is required to be computer literate as well as comfortable in the use of e-mail, voicemail, and payment processing systems.

Typical maintenance duties include:

Site cleaning and maintenance upon guest departure. Bath House, cabin, and general facilities cleaning. Grounds maintenance ie. mowing and trimming, building and facility repair, firewood splitting and bundling, RV site repair, and general day to day upkeep of the park. Escorting Guests to their site.
