Private owner is currently seeking an EXPERIENCED SELF STORAGE MANAGEMENT TEAM for a self storage facility In Beautiful Huntsville, AL area. SELF STORAGE EXPERIENCE and a proven track record of successful self storage management is a must!

We are looking for a friendly and outgoing team who is experienced in self storage and preferably QuikStor software, has a firm grip on the day to day operations of a storage facility, can make sound business decisions, offers excellent customer service, has professional telephone sales skills, is well organized, be good at collections and physically able to perform general maintenance duties on the lot year round.

We also have rental trucks and boat and RV storage with a dump station for our tenants and propane.

We are NOT looking for caretakers, we are looking for a PROFESSIONAL STORAGE MANAGER TEAM!

Experience in RV/Boat Storage and propane sales and RV dumping is very helpful!

Must be able to provide verifiable employment references and be able to pass a background check and preferably be able to interview in person.
