COMMUNITY MANAGER

·        Will provide supervision of the community including office community building, pool, grounds, and site cleanups.

Practical Caretaking couple - Wales - Cardigan

A couple is required to caretake a large property in Wales, a beautiful location, an ex-farmhouse on the banks of a river close to Pencader, 30 minutes from Carmarthen. A love for nature and rural life is essential. The 80 acre site is let our for sheep grazing so requires no farming expertise. 
The premises are being acquired by the charity 'Missing KInd' to support its activities'and will develop into the first kindness village, 'Kindavillage', search and you will find! 

The contract will initially be for 6 months whilst we find partners and develop the community membership, after which these roles will be undertaken by the community. 

The role requires a combination of housekeeping, healthy cooking and maintenance skills. Administration would be an asset to help set up procedures and budgets 

A Uk valid driving licence is essential as is a fluency in English. Preference will be given to couples with a proven social conscience, keen to make a difference to life outside of their own existence and share respect for local culture 

The salary for the couple will be commensurate with experience, commitment, and needs. In the order of £1500 per month, negotiable, all living costs included

We are currently looking to fill a full-time Self-Storage and U-Haul management team position at Glacier Park Storage in Frederick, CO as soon as possible. A 2 Bedroom on site apartment is included. The position will be for 40 hours a week. You must be able to work on the weekends. Storage/U-Haul experience is preferred, but not required. Sales and customer service experience is a big plus.

Job duties include the following:
• Renting storage units to potential customers
• Answering the phone/emails and taking reservations for both U-Haul and storage units
• Collection calls
• Basic facility maintenance (weeds, trash, office, etc.)
• The renting and returning of U-Haul equipment (including both trucks and trailers)
• Basic U-Haul truck inspections (gage tires, clean windshield/cab/cargo area, etc.)
• Check inventory, lock checks, perimeter sweeps
