Immediate opening for a camp worker couple at our 55+ Mobile Home / RV Park in the small town of Frostproof Florida.  Position to begin as soon as possble until the end of March. 

RV Lot rent  for a rig up to 38' and electric in exchange for 40 hours per week combined between team couple.  20 hours for gentleman performing; grass cutting and weed eatting, presure washing, meter reads, posting electric bills and small construction duties.  20 hours for lady; cleaning restrooms, clubhouses, laundry rooms, light office assistance and help with organizing activities.  Work schedule -  Monday through Friday; 4 hrs, 5 days a week.

We are a 55+ Park and allow small breed pets up to 35 lbs.

Duties for her – housekeeping, laundry

Duties for him – Handyman, gardener, property management

The staff accommodation is a farmhouse on site which is private to the occupants and is a 2 bedroom property and located 200m from the main residence.

Driving licence is essential for both candidates

Duties for him – House Manager

1.            The Manager is involved in supervising of 100% of staff working in the above-mentioned properties, including but not limited to, cleaning staff, security staff, maintenance staff, gardeners etc.      Manager is dedicated to improving staff performance, maintaining at all times the highest standard of excellence.

2.            100% responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance program for all staff to follow.  Manager must lead by example.

3.            Manager must ensure that all properties are available for use at all times, and maintained 100% at all times.

4.            Maintain an inventory of all items in the properties.

5.            Co-ordinating with vendors and contractors.

6.            Ability to work independently and with a team, as well as a hands-on approach.

7.            Confidentiality and discretion at all times.

8.            Maintaining household budgets, purchasing, expense reporting, etc.

9.            Flexible scheduling with availability to work overtime, events and weekends as needed.

Accommodation

House Manager couple to have own quarters in Villa G, which includes a bedroom, bathroom, living room, and kitchen.

We are a seasonal business and is open from April through October, weather permitting. This facility is located approximately 26 miles from Mountain Home, ID which is also the closest city for food, fuel and amenities. Mountain Home Air Force Base is also nearby. We are NOT a busy park during the week and we like it that way. Weekends can be busy; however, the week days are light giving us time to prepare, repair, and clean up for the next weekend.

We are looking for a motivated team couple to assist us in the following tasks

Duties:

· Communication Skills

· Ability to remain professional among customers

· Mowing

· Beautification and painting

· Cabin Cleaning

· Pool and Pool Bathroom Cleaning

· Watering and Sprinkler Maintenance

· Activities Assistance (Bingo, Tournaments, Weekend Breakfasts)

The routine duties listed above are normally performed during the week.
