You pay propane (inside wall heater – and an enclosed, wrapped, water heater) and PGE – separate and dedicated meters – service secured as your account, billed for your use only. High-speed internet available (off Mt. St. Helena). Phone lines (two installed) and DirecTV or Dish - (contracts on own.)
The property is on a well and septic system. Current CO. permit allows for two people only. Safe products and use are required. Owners pay for the electrical service to run the well.
Must have experience with landscaping and knowledge of irrigation systems. Both installation of new and a constant eye for leaks and repair, as needed. Solar installation or interest a + for a year-round greenhouse. Ideal for someone who loves growing from seeds or small starts. Background or work -related history in construction. We require competency in repairs/replacement of all electrical and plumbing issues. Tools of the trade helpful. You must have reliable transportation, as not near public transit – please, no more than two vehicles. Parking is secure, but currently uncovered. Plans to build a carport and storage near caretaker’s section – 2018 project.

Front office & Maintenance - Tremonton, UT

Brand new 84-site rv park being built in Tremonton, Utah. 68 miles north of Salt Lake City and 81 Miles south of Pocatello, Idaho. We are in search of a pair of happy, energetic, friendly, customer service revolved, people to join our team.
We are looking to bring in a couple in by the end of July, first week of August, to assist in opening our beautiful new Rv park. We are interested in a couple whom may commit atleast 6 months to us. The first phase will be prepping the Rv park for opening. 1 person for the front office and the other for maintenence. Front office person will assist in setting up and organizing the front office, retail store and paperwork. We will be using Astra by Campground Manager, so experience with CM is a plus! Great customer service skills is required for the front office position. Once Park is open, duties will include, but not limited to, answering phone calls with a smile, assisting guests with check-in/check-out, retail store purchases, etc. Maintenence will assist in basic maintenence of the park, but not limited to, lawn care of 84 sites, mowing, weed-eating, watering, clean up of sites, etc. Carpentry, electrical and plumbing experience preferred. Compensation: 20 hours a week per couple goes to FHU, WiFi and laundry allowance. All other additional hours paid at $8.00 an hour.

Couple to caretake a ranch in central Arizona - - Rimrock, AZ
