The campground manager will be responsible for the following:
- MUST LIVE ON SITE IN YOUR OWN RV
-Work with Owner's office in improving, utilizing, and protecting all campground assets
-Follow all procedures laid out by the central office in managing the successful campground operations
-Create a positive atmosphere within the campground for campers, seasonals, and workers
-Work hands-on and oversee all grounds operations and maintenance
-Act as the primary Manager for all guests entering the campground
-Maintain an attractive and lucrative Camp Store
-Coordinate special weekends.
-Act as primary liaison between seasonal campers and Owner's office when necessary.
-Enforce campground rules/regulations with positive interactions and professional discretion
-Oversee all aspects of guest experiences and communicate daily with Owner's office
-Lead campground team with positive leadership and working alongside them.
-Resolve customer complaints in a quick, polite, and retention-oriented manner; report in detail unresolvable complaints to the Owner's office in a quick and reasonable manner
-Assist in the routine cleaning of all company outbuildings; Report maintenance issues to the Owner's office
-Once notified of a possible emergency which threatens life, assets, or peace, the Campground Manager is responsible for contacting emergency services immediately without delay
-Other duties as necessary

Responsibilties include:
Customer Service including phone sales
General office and clerical skills including computer bookkeeping, rentals, vacates, transfers and collection calls
Collection of money from customers and daily bank deposits
General maintenance and upkeep of the physical appearance of the office and restroom
Understanding and compliance with all operational policies and procedures
Merchandise sales, inventory and supply requisitions
Must have:
Excellent customer service skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills – both written and verbal
Proficiency with Windows based personal computer applications
Ability to read and interpret instructions, documents such as rental agreements, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and policy manuals.
Must be organized, efficient and professional at all times.
Must be reliable, honest and trustworthy.
Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age and have a High School Diploma. Weekend shifts plus a valid driver`s license and reliable transportation required. Required to live onsite. Pay starts at $2600/mo per couple,$DOE. Will work 35 to 40 hours each, 5 days/week (to be scheduled.)

-Research annual independent reports regarding recent trends in the campground industry
-Find and implement ways to make the campground superior
-Strive to create a positive campground culture by integrating small events for campers (i.e. potlucks, local bands, dances, themed weekends, etc.)
-Ensure campground events are in legal compliance with the assistance of the GM
-If sponsored by ownership, attend and represent Chantilly Farm at industry conferences
-Oversee all grounds and make recommendations to the GM regarding maintenance and development
-Act as the primary POC for all guests entering the campground
-Updates to all streams of revenue to ensure consistent collection of revenue
-Act as the POC for hospitality software partners and assist with website changes
-Maintain an attractive and lucrative Camp Store
-Assist in the upkeep of pertinent signage for outbuildings and merchandise
-Assist the team with marketing strategies as needed (i.e. promotions, special rates)
-Act as primary liaison between all long-term leasers and the main office
-Enforce campground rules/regulations with professional discretion
-Oversee all aspects of guest experiences and recommend improvements to GM
-With the team, assure the highest quality of industry-leading customer service
-Resolve customer complaints in a quick, polite, and retention-oriented manner; report in detail unresolvable complaints to the GM in a quick and reasonable manner
-Assist in the routine cleaning of all company outbuildings; quickly report maintenance issues to the GM
