Opening for an onsite management TEAM for a 55+ Manufactured Home Community in Central California.  Office Manager and Maintenance Manager Team will be responsible for day to day operation of the park.   The right candidates will be friendly, professional, have excellent customer service skills, be detail oriented and have a willingness to learn.  Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not mandatory.

Office Manager duties include but are not limited to:

• Current and prospective resident communications
• Answer phones, emails and walk-ins
• Accepting and preparing new resident applications for processing
• Collection of rent and monthly billing
• Process resident inquiries and complaints – enforce community rules
• Maintain positive resident relations and encourage a pleasant community atmosphere
• Maintain detailed records and files including contacts
• Prepare monthly newsletter
• Coordinate and work with office relief
• The person in charge of office duties to have basic computer skills and attention to detail.   Billing/Rent collection knowledge a plus, but not required. 

Maintenance duties include but are not limited to:

• Respond promptly to emergencies
• Monthly utility meter readings
• Monitor and maintain park utility systems including gas and electrical.
• Monitor and maintain common areas
• Perform routine landscape maintenance
• Monitor the park and enforce community rules and regulations
• Manage supplies and inventory
• The person in charge of maintenance to be handy and have a basic knowledge of utility systems and plumbing.

Salary is based on experience and includes onsite housing with garage.

RV Resort Seeking 2020 Camp Host Couple Mid-April to Mid-October - Enderby, BC

Seeking energetic and self-motivated couple for two consecutive weekdays per week. Duties will primarily be greeting campers, making reservations, customer satisfaction, collecting fees and general office duties. In addition, general outside duties, parking campers, grounds keeping, mowing lawn, pool maintenance and cleaning washrooms.

Candidates must meet the following criteria:  Ability to work on a team, relate and work well with others. Ability to work independently. Must pass a background check, have excellent communication skills, be a self-starter with good organizational skills, supply references. Must have own good condition RV for accomodation onsite at reduced rate (30 amp site - water, power and sewer incuded).

Couple Needed for Large Family Home - Carmel-by-the-Sea, CA

A wonderful family is seeking a domestic couple. The schedule will be Monday through Friday from approximately 7:00am-6:00pm, with the flexibility to work extra as needed. The couple will be provided with living arrangements within a few miles of the family residences, as well as a vehicle.

Duties include all aspects of care pertaining to the interior and exterior of home, including general and deep cleaning of two properties, laundry, ironing, answering phones, greeting guests, chauffeuring family and friends, dog walking, errands, scheduling vendors, and more. Knowledge of formal service is a plus. This is a take-charge role with very little oversight; best for a couple who knows what needs to be done and needs little direction. Ideal candidates will be polished, proactive, calm, and discrete, cheerful, and will have a clear understanding of boundaries. Must be comfortable working around school-aged children.

Hostel Management Couple - Drake Bay Costa Rica

We are a new hostel in the beautiful wilderness of Drake Bay, Costa Rica associated with the Corcovado Foundation. We are seeking a dynamic couple that enjoys working together and are not afriad to take over a busy hostel that has a restaurant and bar as well as a tour agency. We are looking to create a fun environment and work with the local community to be ecotourism innovaters. The hostel is owned by a conservation focused non profit and operated by the owner of the Jaguars Jungle Lodge. The hostel is located near one of the most beautiful beaches in Drake Bay and offers many opportunities for unique wilderness tours. 

As managers, your job is to

• welcome guests
• organize tours in the most lucritive way possible
• communicate with and accept applications for volunteers to help with cleaning and gardening
• manage the restaurant and bar
• manage food orders every week
• manage AND IMPROVE all online platforms such as booking.com, Hostelworld, etc.
• manage all hostel operations such as check ins and checkouts
• keep thorough expense and income reports
• manage cleaning operations

As managers you will live in the hostel a private room provided to you. You will also cook for yourselves with the food provided in food deliveries as the grocery stores are small and only good for emergencies in Drake. 

Salary is $1,000 per month plus food and housing. 

This is considered a very high salary in Costa Rica.
