On-site Management COUPLE/TEAM - Gardena, CA

General Description
- We are seeking for an active member of the team committed to making Royal Western the best possible for residents and visitors. All-age park with 120 spaces located in Gardena seeking a strong outgoing On-site Management COUPLE/TEAM willing to enhance our community and optimize park occupancy. Office person to handle park matters, collecting rents, customer relations etc. Maintenance person to maintain the up-keep of the property and park rental service calls under the direction of the office person. Couple MUST BE self-motivated, posse hard work ethics, dedication and able to multi-task.
Maintenance Primary Responsibilities:
- Regular inspection of all park common areas and improvements
- Maintenance of the pool (in conjunction with pool service company – TBD)
- Maintaining all common areas in a clean, safe and first class condition
- Responsible for maintaining the grounds (streets and landscaping), park buildings and park facilities (pool, restrooms, clubhouse) in a clean, safe and first class manner.
- Miscellaneous repairs of
- park owned property and equipment
- resident units (only as directed by manager)
- Keep written maintenance log
Maintenance Requirements & Capabilities
- Perform various maintenance tasks for the park and for residents of the park
- Communication with residents
- Identify for the manager maintenance issues which need to be addressed, areas for park improvement

2020 Seasonal: Cook and Assistant Cook / Housekeeping & Office - PRINCETON, OR

We are a private educational non profit located in the Desert SW corner of Oregon, in Harney County. We are located 32 miles from the nearest town of Burns.
We are looking for two couples.
The first position is our cook and cook assitant position. This includes opening kitchen for the season, preparing menues, shopping for groceries, cooking and serving cafateria style. Cleaning kitchen according to health code. This position is a split shift. Breakfast (with a build a sack lunch) is served at 7:30am. Once this shift is done, you can relax and enjoy exploring the area. The evening dinner shift is served at 6pm each day. We cook only when we have week long programs scheduled, or any group that reserves meals. You could be cooking for 6 people and as many as 100. It will fluctuate according to reservations. This position begins first of May and ends in Sept. We offer this position at $12 hr plus FHU with your RV or we do have a room and bathroom in the back of the Kitchen which is available if you do not have an RV. Meals are inlcuded in this position when the cafeteria is open.
Second couple position is for housekeeping. We have 3 kitchenettes, 8 trailers and 2 dorms that are available for lodging during the season. May and September are our busiest months, although we have guests throughout the season. Housekeeping hours are upon check out which is 11am. Housekeeping work is from 11am -4pm (check in time) cleaning units, then laundry. The housekeeping season begins in April, duties include OPENING all units, washing dishes, cleaning units ready to rent for the season. Guests are expected to clean up after themselves to help housekeeping. This is a bring your own bedding station, but there will be some laundry to do in the laundry room. When not working, you can enjoy the area and explore. These positions pay Oegon minimum wage with a FHU for your RV and you can take meals when the cafeteria is open.

Full-time Facilities and Office Caretakers Couple wanted - Fairplay, CO

Campground of the Rockies Association (CORA) is seeking a couple to fill year-round, full-timeFacility Caretaker and Office Caretaker positions; CORA sits on 600 acres in the Colorado mountains with 513 privately owned camping lots in a gated community. CORA owns and maintains all common grounds, services, roads, 4 service centers, clubhouse, maintenance barn, indoor pool, and equipment needed to maintain the property.
The position provides a fully furnished 3-bedroom home with full utilities. Each person will receive healthcare insurance expense subsidized up to $800.00 and a salary of $20,800 annually.
The Facility Caretaker:
- Possess the knowledge and ability to maintain and repair buildings, grounds, roads, and general maintenance work.
- Trouble shoot plumbing, wiring, heating and ventilation systems, pumps, engines, automotive and mechanical equipment.
- Must have a comprehensive knowledge of the occupational hazards involved and safety precautions required while living and working in an mountain environment.

The Office Caretaker:
- Requires knowledge of computer backups, Excel, Word, document scanning, gmail.
- Prefer (but not required) basic knowledge of QuickBooks and accounting.
- Possess strong organizational skills in time management and standard office procedures including physical file maintenance.
- Be detail oriented and maintain accurate records for customer transactions, lot ownership, Water Court and Health Department water use reporting, petty cash, and utility usage.
- Able to follow written and oral instructions
- Be self-disciplined to perform without direct supervision.
- Addressing email and telephone messages daily.
- Have a valid driver’s license to drop off bank deposits, drop off/pick up mail, pick up cleaning/office supplies, and process accounting transactions to nearby towns.
- Assist Secretary with preparation of two (2) annual mailings to all lot owners in June and July.
- Assist Treasurer with review of published delinquent property taxes and reminder calls to owners.
- Assist Facilities and Faculties Caretaker in identifying and contacting contractors and service providers.
Jointly:
- The two positions shall attend the monthly open CORA Board of Directors meetings as non-voting members.
- Electronically furnish Caretaker monthly reports pertaining to the status of all facilities of the Campground and work performed each month
- Hire and manage workampers teams annually for the period May 15 through September 15 with the assistance of the CORA Board of Directors.
Team of ranch cooks/helpers - Boulder, WY

Ranch cooking job summer 2020! Beautiful private guest ranch between Lander and Pinedale Wyoming is seeking two ranch cooks/helpers from July through the end of September 2020. The right team is comfortable living largely off the grid in a very rural area.
One room cabin with two beds is provided and includes a shower sink and washer and dryer, but the bathroom is an outdoor outhouse. Professional cooking experience is not necessary, but some experience cooking for groups is preferred. Generally you will be cooking for between 10 and 15 people. Salary of 700 per week per person depending on experience plus great tips and room and board is offered. This job requires flexibility and an upbeat attitude. The job will also require the use of your own vehicle for grocery runs, for which you will be in reimbursed. Would be a great job for husband and wife, mother and daughter, siblings or best friends. Hi there! We are looking for GREAT couples to join our team for the upcoming season!
We would love for training to begin in March or April. Peak season begins May 1 with our annual bar-b-q cook off; Memorial Days kicks off the seriously busy time and slows down after Labor Day. So we are looking for folks to hang around thru September.
We need help in our maintenance department which includes, lawncare, river monitors, pool maintenance, escorting guests, housekeeping and tube rentals. Office staff for reservations, (campspot software) check-ins/check-out, store sales, tube rentals, day use sales and a million other things. We strive for excellent customer service. So the first requirement is a smile and the ability to listen. Then to help folks with their greatest experience ever in a campground. We are a family oriented park; quiet times and family rules apply.
Compensation: FHU w/30/50 amp.+ hourly pay for all hours worked and $100.00 electric allowance per month. From March til May we schedule 24-32 hours per week then 30-36 hours per week. We will make sure you have your days off together so you can enjoy this beautiful area.
