Couple Needed for 2020 Season - Bryce, UT

My name is Trista Rich and I am the manager of a gas station / Campground 5 miles from the entrance to the well known Bryce Canyon National Park in Utah. We are looking for a couple that would want seasonal employment. It would begin April 1st through November 15th. $8.00 per hour worked. Plus a $500 bonus per person if you stay and finish the season with us. We provide a full hook up in our campground.
The position is working our Gas Station Register and Campground Reservations and check-in Desk located in our store. We rotate our 8 hour shifts with three couples. Couples work together! You would work four morning shifts, get two days off and then work four afternoon shifts, get two days off and the rotation would start over again. Some computer skills are required. We assist people from all over the world, so great customer service and patience are key!
We currently have 2 couples hired. 1 couple is a return couple that has worked for us for a few years. They are happy and very pleasant to work with. The other couple is new yet very excited.

Camp Host/Park Aide (Kiosk Worker) - Mendocino, CA

We are in Mendocino County and interviewing for Camp Host / Park Aide (Kiosk Worker) positions for the Summer of 2020.
Dual positions available - One person as a Summer Camp Host and one person as a Seasonal Paid Employee. Enjoy the beauty of our parks. Couples can live and work in the park for 6 months. Only one may be hired as a paid employee while the other does 25-30 hours of Camp Host duties a week. All camp host sites have full hook-ups, but propane is not provided. We are asking for a 6 month commitment for all of our camp host positions. Visitor Service's Camp Host duties vary depending on the park unit.
Duties can include staffing a visitor center, answering questions, firewood sales, cleaning sites once campers leave and light maintenance. Seasonal employees work at the entrance station and manage camp site reservations and day use visitors. Applicants should be self motivated, dependable, and be able to provide excellent customer service. Seasonal Park Aides are paid 13.00 per hour. Interviews are being held in March, sites are available April 1st.

Resident Property Mangement-2 Person Team - Midvale, UT

As a Resident Property Management Team you will perform maintenance tasks to keep an exceptionally clean facility, greet customers and other facility visitors and provide high- quality customer service. You will show, rent and clean storage units, and enthusiastically rent storage units in person and over the phone. You will also perform monthly market surveys as requested by the ownership to check the rates and services offered by local self-storage competitors.

Job Responsibilities
As a Resident Property Management Team you will process liens when necessary, perform daily lock checks and patrol the facility on a continual basis. You will also make collection calls to late tenants and send out legal letters and notices to late tenants in advance of storage unit auctions, which you will oversee monthly.
Additional responsibilities of the Resident Property Management Team include:
Communicating facility issues to the corporate office in a timely manner
Cleaning the facility including trash removal, sweeping, snow blowing, mopping and any other necessary tasks

Job Requirements
As a Resident Property Management Team you must be highly detail-oriented to ensure that you make no mistakes that could cancel storage auctions as you process legal documents. You must be friendly, outgoing and able to convince people who walk in to rent storage units. You must possess superb customer service and telephone etiquette skills and abide by the company dress code at all times. You must also apply for this position with a partner who fits these requirements, as the responsibilities of the position requires a team of two people to fulfill.
