RV Couple: Seasonal, Clothing-optional Resort Part-time - Shelton, WA
WHY DO WE SHOW EXPIRED LISTINGS?
RV Couple wanted to assist me to operate my seasonal resort that now has been open 26 years. Our season: May through October.
Duties: Grounds Maintenance, hot tub, pool and miscellaneous repair in 4 lodgings. Also, housekeeping of lodgings. 20 hours part-time for each person. Perfect position for retired couple on social security or other form of income.
We are located 15 minutes from Shelton, WA with access to Walmart to movie theaters and casino; 35 minutes from Olympia, WA, the capital; 1 1/2 hours south of Seattle and centrally located in WA to enjoy the mountains to the Pacific Ocean to Quinault Rain Forests. We are 3 hours from Portland OR.
Pets are welcome. Adults only.
You will receive RV space, utilities and full use of grounds and facilities at our beautiful Pacific Northwest resort.
AUPAIR & ORGANIC FARMER - Monsampietro Morico Italy

We run our own Organic Farm with a Farm to Table dining association and are looking for a couple to help us out on the farm and with our two young kids.
Summer is our high season and we are expanding so are looking for extra hands. The possibility to grow into a more permanent work-relationship is defenitly present! We are yound and motivated and see strong benefit in community and working together. We speak english, portuguese, dutch and Italian.
We are looking for a couple starting immiditaly untill at least the end of september! (eu citizenship comes in handy because of visa situations)
Organic Farmer position:
- you will plan, seed, transplant, grow & harvest organic produce for our 2500m2 vegetable garden
- you are in charge of a team of three volunteers
- you will receive monthly pay, conform italian law and full room & board (+/-900 euro a month) (private fully equiped appartment)
What we are looking for:
- someone with at least some serious organic famr experience
- someone who shows initiative, works well in a team, doesnt mind working hard.
- someone who is quite handy and knows how to use a tracor, chain saw and other motorised equipment for small propjects.
Aupair position:
- We are looking for someone to take care of our children (two girdl, 1.5y & 3.5y) while we work full time
- You are in charge of our two girls and light house work *laundry, communal kitchen
- you will receive monthly aupair allowance (300 euro/month) and full room & board (private fully equiped appartment)
Whar we are looking for:
-Someone who is ready to take on the roll of house-mom.
-Someone who is caring, has experience and prefferably is a woman
-Someone who is naturally tidy and knwos the meaning of the word ''deep clean'' :)
-Someone who is playfull and loves the outdoors.

- Take responsibility for sales, local marketing, and community dynamics
- Actively manage reservations to work towards 100% campground occupancy
- Engage in the larger community of the market by attending events and networking with local business, government groups, and organizations
- Manage and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and neighbors
Physical Campground Management
- Make recommendations on any repairs, maintenance, or updates required in your campground
- Oversee and implement capital improvement projects
- Analyze reviews to identify and resolve issues presented, i.e. un-level sites, insufficient cleaning staff, or poor cable tv picture quality, etc.
- Set priorities using camper reviews and clearly communicate adjustments to the team
- Know and be able to implement camper safety plans, i.e. fire and emergency plans
Personnel Management
- Manage the on-site team to achieve specific goals and objectives
- Lead professional development within the team and make recommendations to promote current employees
- Perform weekly one-on-one meetings to track individual performance
- Oversee staffing to ensure the team is maximizing productivity
- Oversee and keep the team up to date with process changes
- Oversee team including performance management reviews
Experience & Requirements
- College graduate with a four-year degree
- Customer service and sales experience required
- Project management and business operations experience required
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding and experience managing a team of more than two people
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
