Property Manager & Maintenance Person (Couple) - Hammond, LA

Based on the Job Description which outlines the majority of tasks to perform for our Mobile Home Community,  we are pleased to offer the position of Park Manager in charge of Management at our MHP.

Our compensation package offering is as follows:

Annual Salary of $30,000 for Manager and $30,000 for maintenance officer, paid semi-monthly (every two weeks) with potential incentived bonuses.

Free Rent for park owned home

PTO of 10 days a year is earned and accrued monthly 

Embroidery and /or Bookkeeping - Boerne, TX

We are currently looking for help in 2 areas of need; part time to start. Flexible Hours. 

1) Embroidery of Shirts/Medical Uniforms/Scrubs using computer driven embroidery machines. Must be comfortable with BASIC computer operations, but not a computer wizard. Must have some experience EITHER with Embroidery OR Sewing, Embroidery preferred but if you are patient, a trouble shooter, and detail oriented we could train. No experience with either, please dont' apply

2) Help with Quick Books. I have a CPA that has been hired. She will help answer questions, but I need help going back in my QuickBooks, assigning costs/revenue to different company brands/names, again my CPA will help you if you HAVE HAD SOME BOOKEEPING EXPERIENCE is a MUST!

3) We also have a Showroom where we will need you to great Health Care Professionals as they come by to pick up Scrubs or try them on for purchase. We DO NOT have a lot of walk in traffic, but we do have some. Because of COVID we are limiting to (2) people in our showroom at at time. 

We are a rapidly growing company that is minimally afffected by COVID. We have a Medical Uniform Company, Monogramming/Embroidery, Signs/Banners and Metal Art the we need this support for. 

We have a shop labradoodle named Ziggy that is at the shop most days.

Qualifications

• Self-starter, highly motivated, passionate, reliable, responsible, honest, multi-skilled, organized, flexible, detailed-oriented, and positive team player with a strong work ethic
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects while working independently with minimal supervision
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills for occasional interactions with owners and their guests, and regular reporting to HOA Board of Directors
• Working knowledge of construction methods and techniques and hands-on carpentry skills
• Basic knowledge of building mechanicals, including ability to diagnose and solve equipment problems related to HVAC, WiFi, pool chemistry, septic, well, electrical, plumbing, construction, etc.
• Light plumbing and electrical skills
• Ability to manage vendors to allocated budgets and deliverables
• Ability to do basic office skills, tracking receipts, preparing reports to HOA Board
• Willingness to respond 24/7 to urgent needs, and the flexibility to work hours as determined by seasonal or building needs
• Must be proficient in basic office software such as email, Excel, and MS Word
• Familiarity with online hospitality sites (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.) a plus
• Willingness to live on-site, but not required

Physical Demands

• Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and for several hours and days in a row
• Other physically strenuous tasks associated with repair, maintenance, and construction-related duties, as needed

Compensation

• Annual, renewable contract starting at $45,000, commensurate with experience and skills.
• Option to live on-site, rent-free, in recently renovated, top-floor, lofted, 800 square foot, 2-bed, 2-bath caretaker unit featuring a fireplace, AC, private washer/dryer, satellite TV, WiFi, walk-out balcony overlooking Lake Superior, and access and enjoyment of all building amenities including indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, grounds, rooftop deck, and more.

Camp hosts, office, maintenance for spring summer 2020 - Fayetteville, NC

We are a quiet, 51-site campground in Fayetteville, NC. We are seeking a couple for part-time, 3 or more days a week.

Duties include general maintenance, pool maintenance, groundskeeping, site escort, office check-in/reservations with Astra Campground Manager. Must be pleasant, self-motivated, and enjoy working with other campers. Position includes full hookup site for 1 day/week each, all other hours paid, electric/laundry allowance, free TV/WiFi. We prefer a minimum 6 month commitment. Bonus pay for completed commitment. Needed April 1, 2020.

RV Park Manager Overseer (s) - Blacksburg, SC

Manage a well established 5 star RV Park. Oversee day to day operations and maintenance of the park.  The job includes but not limited to welcoming guest helping them get set up and helping them check out of the park. Maintenance requirements are cutting grass, blowing leaves, pressure washing concrete pads when guests leave, picking up trash, keeping up 2 laundry facilities and any other issues that may arise.

Thorough background check required and work references. Housing and substantial salary for the right couple.

Line Cook, Kitchen Helper, Food Server (Couple) - Inlet, NY

Searching for responsible couple to work in family owned fine dinning restaurant located in upstate New York in the Adirondack Mountains. First position, Experienced cook to assist chef owner with preperation and cooking of dinner menu. Second position can be general Kitchen helper, assisting with food prep, cleaning, and dishwashing or front of the house food server. Very friendly and professional work environment. We are located in a small resort community with many summer activities.

Compensation is 600.00 per week for cook, food server is 8.00 plus tips, kitchen helper is 14.00 per hour. We are also able to help with housing. Starting dates would be late may or june depending on the virus around the country.
