Domestic Couple - Blowing Rock, NC

We are searching for a Seasonal or Full Time Couple to manage the cleaning, maintenance, day to day tasks and vendors for an 11,000 sq ft luxury home located in the scenic Blowing Rock Town in North Carolina during the months of April through November. A separate Residence on the property will be provided.  Full Time Option of splitting Seasons between North Carolina and South Florida.  ALL CANDIDATES MUST BE FULLY VACCINATED AGAINST COVID 

-Upkeep of cleaning duties

-Manage cleaning assistant

-Light Cooking

-Shopping

-Upkeep of grounds maintenance

-Handle common Maintenance repairs

-Manage Landscaping/Lawn vendors

-Coordinate and Manage Maintenance Vendors as needed

- Running Errands

-Stocking supplies

-Misc tasks as needed
