One person must have basic knowledge and skill in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry and will be responsible for cleaning park facilities, landscaping on the grounds, pool/spa maintenance, and assisting on small projects as needed. The other person must have exceptional customer service skills and will manage administrative duties, such as creating reports in Excel/Word Suite, collecting payments, creating bank deposits, resolving resident issues, and assisting with general office duties.
Work hours are 30 hours a week, typically M-F, 9-4, with an hour lunch. Must be available for after-hour emergencies as they might arise at times.
The salary range of ($2800-$3300 per couple) is commensurate with experience. Benefits include a salary with a mobile home and utilities, paid time off, and paid holidays.

Essential Functions:
- Sell new, used and foreclosed homes
- Manage inventory, marketing and advertising plans
- Collect all rent and loan monies to meet company delinquency rate
- Maximize Community occupancy and leased home income
- Professionally resolve resident complaints and concerns
- Provide hands-on leadership and management to Sales and Service Team
- Recruit, train and develop Staff
- Create and maintain a positive Community environment including resident activities
- Communicate and manage policies and procedures
- Create and ensure a safe work environment
- Protect and maintain Company assets
- Control expenses
- Maintain professional behavior which does not interfere with the individuals work, the work of another Team Member, or the quality of life for Community Residents

Required Skills:
