One person must have basic knowledge and skill in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry and will be responsible for cleaning park facilities, landscaping on the grounds, pool/spa maintenance, and assisting on small projects as needed. The other person must have exceptional customer service skills and will manage administrative duties, such as creating reports in Excel/Word Suite, collecting payments, creating bank deposits, resolving resident issues, and assisting with general office duties. 

Work hours are 30 hours a week, typically M-F, 9-4, with an hour lunch. Must be available for after-hour emergencies as they might arise at times. 

The salary range of ($2800-$3300 per couple) is commensurate with experience.  Benefits include a salary with a mobile home and utilities, paid time off, and paid holidays.

Croll Cabins on Vallecito Lake in SW Colorado is looking for a workcamper couple and/or single to help for the summer 2023 season. Pay will range from $10 to $15/hr depending on experience/duties and includes FHU and use of laundry, golf cart, propane and kayaks.

Our client is seeking a Strong Experienced Mobile Home Couples management team in the New Ulm, MN area to become part of the team.  Primary responsibilities are sales, marketing, advertising, collections, occupancy, community maintenance, staff and resident relations, and expense control.

This is a large property of 500+ homesites.

Salary range is $50,000-55,000 for an experienced MH team, plus housing, utilities, commission, quarterly and annual bonuses etc.  

Essential Functions:

• Sell new, used and foreclosed homes
• Manage inventory, marketing and advertising plans
• Collect all rent and loan monies to meet company delinquency rate
• Maximize Community occupancy and leased home income
• Professionally resolve resident complaints and concerns
• Provide hands-on leadership and management to Sales and Service Team
• Recruit, train and develop Staff
• Create and maintain a positive Community environment including resident activities
• Communicate and manage policies and procedures
• Create and ensure a safe work environment
• Protect and maintain Company assets
