FEATURED JOB OPENING: Exceptional Resort Managers Wanted - Apache Junction, AZ

Tired of the Cold and Snow?  Or do you just want a Great Place to Work and Play? Look no further.  We are seeking a management couple for a 180-space 55+ mobile home park in Apache Junction, AZ.  

One person must have basic knowledge and skill in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry and will be responsible for cleaning park facilities, landscaping on the grounds, pool/spa maintenance, and assisting on small projects as needed. The other person must have exceptional customer service skills and will manage administrative duties, such as creating reports in Excel/Word Suite, collecting payments, creating bank deposits, resolving resident issues, and assisting with general office duties. 

Work hours are 30 hours a week, typically M-F, 9-4, with an hour lunch. Must be available for after-hour emergencies as they might arise at times. 

The salary range of ($2800-$3300 per couple) is commensurate with experience.  Benefits include a salary with a mobile home and utilities, paid time off, and paid holidays.
