Houseparenting at Eagle Ranch is a great opportunity for married couples interested in a mission opportunity to serve children. Houseparent couples live in one of our ten on-campus homes and are responsible for nurturing and caring for the boys or girls in that home. This is a full-time position with benefits.

What type of work will I be doing?

Eagle Ranch is a residential children’s program that helps boys and girls work through crisis situations. We work closely with families, with the goal of bringing the child home.

You will assist the Eagle Ranch program as part of a team to provide care for up to seven children. Working alongside a Program Assistant and under the guidance of a licensed Counselor, you will help create a safe, stable environment where children can work on their issues and practice new behaviors. Providing a safe and stable home environment, assisting with counseling children and families, are just a few of the ways Houseparent Couples work with us.

Camp Workers - potential to advance to Assistant Manager if interested - Black Canyon City, AZ

Work camping couple position available immediately north of Phoenix. New management will be taking over in June, opening the opportunity for full-time Assistant Managers if interested in advancement.

Our 11 acre resort hosts 107 pet friendly sites with a two pet limit per site. We have many large high canopied shade trees and rows of orange, lemon, and grapefruit trees.

One person will work on the maintenance team completing light maintenance tasks. One person will work on the office team providing administrative support and customer service. Shift is Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday mornings, 12.5 hours a week per person. Responsibilities include opening the clubhouse at 7am and closing at 9pm on those days. 

Free rent, water, laundry, Wi-Fi, cable, trash, and sewer. Electricity is not included. Park amenities include a heated pool, hot tub, two dog parks, nature walk, community garden, and horseshoe pits.

Beautiful Black Canyon offers many recreational activities for nature lovers. Stunning Sedona is just an hour drive to the north, and downtown Phoenix is a short 45 mile drive to the south. You can drive to the Grand Canyon in a little under 3 hours. We are centrally located to a large number of day trip opportunities for adventure and exploration. 

Maintenance, Cook for snack shack and Activities Lead - Poland, ME

Basic maintenance, cleaning restrooms, mowing lawns, raking sites, some plumbing and electric knowledge a plus.

Cook is for our snack shack.  Basic cooking of hamburgers, hot dogs, pizza, some sandwiches.  Also French fries, onion rings, Doughboys etc.

Activities Lead is leading candy bar bingo, regular bingo, etc.  Also following a schedule for themed weekends to provide fun activities for children of all ages
