FEATURED JOB OPENING: Self Storage Resident Site Managers - Falcon, CO

General Information

We are looking for a couple or Full-time Manager(s) at Falcon Self Storage & U-Haul. The Manager(s) will be provided an onsite apartment paid for by the Company. We are a small company, which can be advantageous as you have direct access to the District Manager and the owner.We are looking for a Self-Storage Manager(s) that are passionate about operational excellence and can drive sales through effective leadership.

Job Description:

The successful candidate must reside in the Company Provided Apartment.

You will be directly responsible for the management and oversight of a storage facility.

You will recruit, hire and motivate an assistant manager.

Work to implement overall company marketing strategies and promotions.

Provide excellent customer service to existing tenants and rent new units to new customers.

Conduct monthly property audits and ensure operational standards are met.

Rent U-Haul trucks

Benefits:

$15 per hour wage ($37,050 per year)

Company Provided Apartment (to include utilities) $30,000 value

A unique bonus program that grows each year. We have managers receiving bonuses as large as $53,000 per year.

Paid time off

Tuesday thru Saturday work schedule

Qualifications:

2+ years in management experience including supervisory responsibilities, preferable in site management

Demonstrated leadership in managing and retaining high-performing teams.

Although Self Storage management is a plus, we are looking for someone with experience in sales, employee relations, customer service, management, etc.

Needs to enjoy working with people and solving problems.
