We are seeking a mature, experienced and motivated resident manager team to live and run our beautiful 68 unit apartment community. This is a unique opportunity for a couple to co-manage and live in the serene Canterbury Court apartment complex in Seattle's north end.
Canterbury Court is a local, family-owned multi-family property with mature trees, beautifully landscaped grounds, and wonderful residents!
Your duites will includes ( but are not limited to):
Renting apartments
Rent collection and deposits
Light bookkeeping
Preparing turnovers to rent-ready condition
Maintenance and work orders
Posting vacancies and marketing tracking
Weekly team meetings
Qualifications of the ideal candidates:
Minimum of 3 years experience in small to mid-sized multi-family properties, a willingness to create and maintain a community feeling at the property. Have working knowledge of rental software and Internet familiarity. Have good communication skills, the ability to multi-task, follow directions and be able to give and receive support. Be a self-starter and have excellent customer service. Non-smokers

Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Set dorm guidelines for behavior and personal growth • Provide nurturing and comfort for the children • Housecleaning--including laundry, mending, decorating and overall cleanliness • Attend client staffing (meetings) with Social Workers and parents • Attend Chapel services with the children • Attend meals with the children and supervise kitchen clean-up when sched¬uled • Attend Morning Devotions with the children when scheduled • Supervise the children's play and know their locations at all times, especially on outings • Train children in life skills, working with them and teaching by example • Discipline the children, working closely with Admin¬istrators and Social Workers • Communicate with teachers, school administrators and social workers concerning children's school work • Supervise homework; coordinate tutoring • Transport children to school functions, work and outside activities • Instruct Relief House parents concerning dorm operations before and after times off • Train the children in manners, personal hygiene, dress and grooming • Housefathers only: Perform 12 hours of maintenance per week under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor on dorms, residence, grounds and other duties as requested Knowledge/Experience • High school diploma or equivalent • Desire to minister in a missionary environment • Good human relations skills • Love for children

Immediate permanent position open for live on site assistant innkeeper couple. Property is a cabin property at 8200' elevation in Colorado mountains near skiing, hiking, biking, fishing, golf, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, and all outdoor sports.
Position offers housing in exchange for 10 hours per week per person and includes utilities (also wifi/cable). This opportunity offers 40 hours per week most weeks of the year with the exception of off season (April/May). Pay is $7.25 per hour per person or approximately $20,000 (per couple) per year with housing and off season factored in. There will be some weeks where more than 40 hours will be required (Christmas Break, Spring Break, July and busy holiday weekends). This job requires weekends and holidays. Seek people with a "can do" attitude and big smiles. Work will include ALL aspects of the property: cleaning, laundry, maintenance, lawn work, errands, painting, carpet cleaning, hot tub maintenance, front desk, guest relations and more. If anything needs done, you must be willing to take care of it with smiles and great attitude. All staff must be willing to do any work required on site so we are all cross trained for everything.
