HOTEL NEEDS TURNING AROUND SO WE NEED HARD WORKING COUPLE WITH HANDS ON EXPERIENCE ON HOTELS, SALES AND MANAGEMENT, EVENTS, ACCOUNTING, SUPERVISION, ETC. WHO WILL MANAGE LIKE AN OWNER; WE ARE LOOKING FOR COUPLES THAT ARE LOOKING FOR A HOME TO STAY FOR THE LONG HAUL NOT SNOWBIRDS AND THAT CAN MANAGE THIS PROPERTY AND TURN IT AROUND, AND ARE NOT AFRAID OF CHALLENGES AND THAT ARE HONEST AND FULLY COMMITTED LONG TERM. SOME SPANISH WOULD BE HELPFUL.

House Parent Couple - South Carolina

Houseparent position at Greg Norman Champions Golf Academy is currently open for couples, preferably with no school-aged children or pets, that are willing to be responsible for up to 8 golfers aged 14-20 in a home.

Our interest is for one full-time paid houseparent while the other adult could certainly work outside the home. The housing, utilities, cable, company-owned vehicle with insurance and gas, etc, and optional healthcare benefits are part of the salary package for a year round position. Paid salary is commensurate with previous experience-begins at $25K per year-a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to, planning, purchasing, and preparing food within an established budget; providing all transportation, monitoring study time if necessary, facilitating residential activities; and maintaining a positive, clean environment for young, aspiring golfers.

Background check, work history, and previous references are required. No alcohol, tobacco, or drug use will be allowed!

2-person Management Team ~Self Storage~ Houston, TX

ON-STIE MANAGEMENT TEAM - Seeking an energetic 2-person Management team to live on site and manage self storage facility in Houston.

Position requires good customer, marketing and computer skills. Team must be dependable. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, leasing, collections, daily reports, daily deposits, marketing, cleaning the office, public restroom and vacant units, picking up trash, changing light bulbs, light maintenance. Bi-Lingual would be helpful. Storage experience is a plus, but not a requirement. Applicants must pass all background checks, credit checks, drug test and physical. Couples are encouraged to apply. A nice 2-bedroom apartment and utilities provided for the team. Wage depends on experience + bonus plan. Benefits include vacation, sick leave, health and life insurance options, 40lK after a year.

House Parent Couple - Florida

Provide direct support and guidance to pregnant and parenting youth ages 16-21 in a 6 bed group home setting. Position provides supervision, recreation, basic life skills training and transportation for youth.

Shifts include week day hours, weekend hours and overnights and requires flexibility.

Diploma or GED required and at least two years experience working with children and/or youth. Must have a valid Florida Driver’s License
