On-site apartment management couple - Los Angeles, CA

Management couple wanted for 56 unit building in Los Angeles, close to LA live and Staples Center.
The right candidates should have strong leasing skills and take responsibility for continuously promoting vacancies, posting creative weekly ads, updating rental ads, writing and fully executing rental agreements, and responding quickly and courteously to all rental inquiries.
The on-site couple will be responsible for identifying ways to continually improve the living experience of our residents, and for responding quickly and courteously to all resident needs pertaining to maintenance that may require troubleshooting and taking appropriate action to repair and/or restore service. The on-site manager holds the responsibility of maintaining the common areas of the community in excellent condition.
Job qualifications:
On-site management preffered, general construction, electrical, and plumbing knowledge required specialty skills such as welding, drywall, roofing are a desired plus
Compensation:
One Bedroom unit + Monthly salary + potential bonuses

This position requires previous manufactured housing community or apartment management/maintenance experience. Job duties for management aspect include experience in a general office with strong communication skills, attention to detail, computer skills, collecting rents and making deposits, processing monthly reports, enforcing rules and regulations, issuing rule violation notices when necessary, screening prospective residents, processing new resident paperwork, handling resident relations and evictions. Community maintenance requires grounds upkeep, follow through with maintenance projects, equipment operation, ability to operate and maintain riding lawn mowers and other small equipment, troubleshooting mnor plumbing and electrical issues helpful. Must be able to supervise contractors and be able to communicate with supervisors adn follow through with projects. The team must have the ability to deal with resident problems and prospective residents in a professional manner, handle after hours emergencies, be organized and able to prioritize projects, listen and follow directions from supervisors. Compensation is based on experiences. Compensation is salary plus housing and basic utlities.
