South Texas Premier Hunting Ranch Seeks Couple

He would be responsible for all Lodge maintenance to include:

Up keep of lawn, shrubs, and trees
Pool/Spa Care
Irrigation System
Windows (inside and out)
Power washing decks, driveway etc...
Changing filters, light bulbs, dusting rafters
Would also assist with general ranch maintenance like filling feeders, checking cameras, kennel duties, waterline repair etc...
During hunting season would be required to assist where ever, when ever needed working  7 days a week.  

She would work approx. 30 hrs weekly (more hours during hunting season) cleaning/maintaining  the interior of the lodge.  Duties may include; floors, laundry, bathrooms, making beds, doing dishes basic household chores as well as deep cleaning.

Couple must be experienced in property maintenance, must be energetic, work well as part of a team, and be hard working.  Hunting Ranch/Guiding experience a big +.  She must be a fast and thorough worker with Immaculate house keeping skills.  She must also be experienced cooking for groups up to 25 as this may also be required during hunting season.

Couple will live on site and will report to Ranch Manager who also lives on site.  Weekend work is mandatory and long hours required during hunting season.

Hourly Compensation, furnished 3/2 newer single-wide mobilehome with all utilities paid, and benefits.  Due to remote location and work environment, this position is not suited for couples with children of any age.

Ranch is 45 minutes north of Laredo Texas.
