Need experienced mobilehome park management couple for a 55+ age park. Ideal team will have two or more years experience managing a senior mobilehome park in California.

Couple should have a working knowledge of the Title 25 and the CA Mobilehome Residency Laws (Civil Codes).  Certified MCM classes taken through the WMA would be a plus.  At least one person must have computer knowledge and be comfortable using a MAC. Familiarity with the Microsoft Office products such as Word and Excel are very important, as well as the ability to receive and send email and to download files.  The mobilehome park is located in Banning, CA. (Salary is negotiable depending on experience,)

Temporary Relief Work - A working vacation - Bandon, OR

Photographer Owners of a 12 unit motel on the beautiful Oregon Coast in Bandon OR. need help. We are looking for motel coverage work exchange for one lovely room. Starting in September/October looking for a couple to work the motel during times we are gone.

Work includes making reservations, checking in guests, laundry and other duties as needed.

Work 3 days and get 4 days off. Our time away will vary from a day to a couple weeks with the schedule to be determined.
