We are looking for a bi-lingual couple to live on-site in home provided, job responsibilities would include - but not limited to, rent collections, sales and rental of homes and spaces, marketing property, monthly books, and customer service. Maintenance responsibilities would include - but not limited to, home re-furbs, sewer and water line upkeep and repair, swimming pool maintenance, landscaping, road repair, and customer service. This is a salary position with paid vacation and sick days. Located in Albuquerque NM.

 

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT TEAM - Phoenix, AZ

their performance is crucial in maximizing the successful operation of the property. This position provides a wonderful manager's house, including paid utilities, generous home sales bonuses, gas allowance and a health insurance reimbursement program.

REQUIREMENTS:

This Innkeeping position requires a mutually supportive and energetic 2-person Team living and working together on the premises, 24/7.

Duties for this small property require the management team to share all typical hotel front desk operations, as well as supervision of housekeeping/laundry staff, maintenance staff, and property inspections.   This is a permanent position offering job security.

Couple with strong face to face customer service and/or prior hospitality experience preferred.  Computer literacy and hotel software experience is a plus.
