Motel Manager Couple - Oregon Coast

Couple wanted to manage small motel on Oregon coast. Job includes taking reservations (phone, email and drop-in), checking guests in and out, minor maintenance, some office work and doing whatever else needs doing. Does not include regular housekeeping.

When the owner is away, at least one of the couple should be in the motel at all times. When the owner is available, some time off can be arranged.

Applicants should be presentable, good at dealing with the public, honest and conscientious. Previous experience is a plus, but is not essential as the job can be learned fairly quickly.

There is a 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath apartment (with utilities paid) plus salary. The job does not require both people to be here all the time. One person could get outside part-time work if needed.

Ideal team will have two or more years experience managing a senior mobilehome park in California.Couple should have a working knowledge of the Title 25 and the CA Mobilehome Residency Laws (Civil Codes).  Certified MCM classes taken through the WMA would be a plus.  At least one person must have computer knowledge and be comfortable using a MAC. Circle T Park located in Mission, Texas is a 270 space Mobile Home and RV 55+ Park.  We currently are seeking IMMEDIATE HIRE of a CLEANING COUPLE OR INDIVIDUAL for the 2012-2013 season ( approximately mid-Oct 2012 to April 15^th 2013 ). 

The office staff is looking for a couple/individual to complete daily/weekly cleaning (approximately 25 hours ) of on-site Laundry Room, Restrooms and Showers, Recreation Hall, and Rentals which includes 5 mobile homes and 21 travel trailers that are rented during the season.

The qualifying candidate(s) would possess the ability to clean the above referenced areas with a friendly attitude while maintaining a winning and approachable demeanor.  If you and/or your mate have an energetic and outgoing personality with dedication and pride in your workmanship, we would love to hear from you.

Circle T Park located in Mission, Texas is a 270 space Mobile Home/RV 55+ Park.  We currently are seeking for IMMEDIATE HIRE a WORK CAMPER to assist with the general maintenance duties associated with a RV Park for the 2012 – 2013 season ( approximately Oct 2012 to April 15 2013 ).

The ideal candidate would be knowledgeable in:

• Mowing and trimming ( weed whacking ) of lawns
• Assisting in the maintenance of pool and spa
• Plumbing
• Digging in respect to water leaks ( getting hands “dirty” )
• Assisting with the general maintenance of rentals located on the property

As the weather is hot, you should be in good physical condition as contracted duties are outdoors.
