Work Camper Couple Wanted - Palm Desert, CA

Workamper opportunity available from October 15^th through April 15th at the premier RV resort in the Coachella Valley located in Palm Desert, California.  We are seeking an outgoing and active couple that is fun loving, enjoys people, and have pleasant communication skills.  In exchange for a reduced site rate of $450 a month which includes water, sewer and cable (Electric  is an additional fee),the following duties will be assigned:

• Night phones from 10:00pm to 8:00am each night
• Evening emergencies/Guests who’ve forgotten gate code/Not a reservation line so often no calls per night.
• Unlock the Resort buildings at 7:00am

In addition to the above responsibilities, you will be scheduled from 25- 40 hours per week depending on business volume.  You will be paid at a rate of $8-11 per hour depending on experience for those hours.

Typical duties will include:

• Front Desk Clerk assisting guests checking in/out of the Resort and sorting mail.
• Resort Host assisting guests to their sites.
• General maintenance duties, including trash pickup, light maintenance, various projects as needed
• Assisting with special events: set up, execution and cleanup as needed

We are currently seeking qualified candidates for an RV & Golf Resort Assistant Management Team for an active and scenic RV park located in El Centro, CA. The RV & Golf Resort Management Team reports directly to the CEO of Westwind Enterprises, Ltd. and is responsible for day-to-day operations of the resort to include Advertising, Internet Marketing, financial management, sales/leasing and operations. The successful candidate will maintain resort operations by attracting and serving residents and guests, while ensuring the physical property is maintained and the financial goals are met.
Sales/Marketing
Attract new residents/guests by advertising resort features. We have weekly tele-conference team meetings.
Obtain referrals from current residents/guests or national internet marketing campaigns.
Conducting market surveys and analysis.

5 to 10 years of leadership experience in RV parks and mobile home parks.
15 to 20 years experience managing direct reports.
History of increasing revenue 15% per year.
Marketing and sales experience required.
