Motel Manager Couple - Oregon Coast

Couple wanted to manage small motel on Oregon coast. Job includes taking reservations (phone, email and drop-in), checking guests in and out, minor maintenance, some office work and doing whatever else needs doing. Does not include regular housekeeping.

When the owner is away, at least one of the couple should be in the motel at all times. When the owner is available, some time off can be arranged.

Applicants should be presentable, good at dealing with the public, honest and conscientious. Previous experience is a plus, but is not essential as the job can be learned fairly quickly.

There is a 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath apartment (with utilities paid) plus salary. The job does not require both people to be here all the time. One person could get outside part-time work if needed.
