The salary range for this position is: $70,000 - $82,000/per team, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.  

Come Enjoy Sunny Arizona! Workamping Couple Only At 55+ Park (FHU ONLY) - Yuma, AZ

Start & End Date: October 1st - April 15th (We can adjust start and end dates)  RV 55+ Resort in Sunny Yuma, AZ is looking for a 55+ couple to join us. Duties could include the any of the following: Cleaning of park restrooms, Rec Hall, Pool Hall, Dart Hall and other common areas. Must be able to operate gas yard equipment (no mowing) which will include spreading weed killer, trimming of shrubs and weed whack trimming, reading electric meters once a month and enforcement of rules and regulations.

Approximately 30 Hours per week (couples will split hours) 15 hours total each week per person. You will receive 2 days off per week together. Final schedule to be determined prior to the start of the season. Security Duties will include patrolling park in golf cart from 7 pm to 10 pm nightly and locking up facilities for the day by 10 PM (5 nights a week). = 15 Hours Benefits: Full Hookup Site (includes electric) Water, Sewer, Trash at no cost Cable TV at space (9 Channels) Free Wi-Fi in the Library.

2023 Summer Work Kamping w/ possibility thru Spring 2024 - Leavenworth, WA

We have two unexpected work kamper openings in Leavenworth, Washington for the remainder of summer 2023 and potentially thru winter/spring 2024 at the Leavenworth/Pine Village KOA.  The areas we need assistance are maintenance, housekeeping, and office (previous reservation system desired but will train).   Ideally, we are looking for couples however if you are a rockstar single please apply.  The Leavenworth/Pine Village KOA is a 200+ Holiday branded park with RV sites, deluxe and rustic camping cabins, as well as tent spots.  We are located next to the Wenatchee River in the pine trees.

Leavenworth is a Bavarian village 2.5 hours east of Seattle, Washington.  We are basecamp for outdoor hiking, biking, 4-wheeling the Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest. Water sports of all types with Wenatchee River and multiple lakes are less than a 30-minute drive. If you are an avid outdoors enthusiast this place is for you!  We also have an incredible outdoor summer theatre which features plays including The Sound of Music.

Rate of pay: hourly wage range $15.75. Site rent: FHU back-in sites for $50.00 per person per paycheck (paid bi-weekly). You will also receive a store discount, weekly laundry allowance and discount on propane. Seeking couples that can commit to 30-38 hours weekly per person now through October 2023 and possibly thru Spring 2024 for the right persons.

Our season is from October to May, but we take Workampers starting as late as February and leaving as early as Mid-April.

What you’ll do at Bison View Lodge: 

This role consists of two jobs in one: 1) Management of the property and 2) manual style labor & repair/maintenance work depending on experience. (painting, minor electrical & plumbing, wood repairs,  etc) 

Position Requirements:

Must live within 30 to 40 minutes of Helen, GA. 

This can be a full or part time position depending on skill set.

Position is not typical 9 to 5 and requires flexibility depending on occupancy.  Mostly Monday through Friday, and weekends when guests are checking in or out. (You will have 2 days off per week… EX): If you work a full day on Saturday/Sunday, you can take a weekday off, or be flexible with your schedule/hours)

Be available to handle emergency issues after hours and on weekends on an as needed basis. 

Reliable transportation (truck helpful but not necessary)

Skills Needed:

Use technology such as Gmail, Google Sheets, etc. 

We use several apps to run our business that you will be trained on

You must enjoy manual labor like painting, replacing deck boards, light electrical/plumbing, repairing things correctly, seeing and identifying problems that need solved/repaired. This is dependent on your skill level.

Primary Responsibilities

Perform general repairs, maintenance, painting. 

Give tours to prospective customers & welcome guests as they arrive on property

Manage inventories such as  firewood, kitchen items, supplies & consumables

Inspect and hold the cleaning team to a “5 Star” level of cleanliness.
