FEATURED JOB OPENING: Hotel/Motel/Maintenance Couple - Lake City, FL

Small privately owned 20 unit motel looking for a motivated on-site manager/maintneance couple/team, located in rural Lake City, Florida.

Oversee daily operations, rent rooms, aswer phone, general office and recordkeeping skills, deposits, clean and maintain rooms, people skills a plus.

Both persons must be physically  able to do housekeeping, laundry, cleaning, climb stairs and maintain interior and exterior of property.

Knowledge of general electrical, plumbing, carpentry, AC, painting, housekeeping and general commercial maintenance useful.  Experience with Onity keycard systems a plus. NO children, may consider pet.

Compensation includes a large one bedroom/sitting area and office/kitchen.  All utilities as well as cable, internet, phone, water  etc fully paid. Small salary and performance bonus's.
