Community Property Manager, 2-Person Team Opportunities - MULTIPLE CITIES NATIONWIDE, WI

In this unique role, working together with your partner (spouse / sister / brother/ significant other / roommate), and living together onsite, you will co-manage one of our 300+ retirement communities. Working as or with a lead Community manager team, you will provide leadership to the Community's staff (Executive Chef, Enrichment Coordinator, Bus Driver, Maintenance, and Housekeeping) to ensure that resident seniors enjoy the life they've earned. Our residents, many of them in their 80s and 90s, have been taking care of others their whole life, but now it's their turn to be cared for. They can let someone else do the cooking, the cleaning, the mowing, even the driving, and focus on the things that make them happy. As a member of the Community management team, you'll make that happen. In fact, our live-in Community Managers are the #1 reason people choose to live with us!
Not surprisingly, this opportunity isn't for everyone. It combines many responsibilities including supervising and scheduling staff, helping serve meals, coordinating events, marketing to prospective residents, handling accounting, administrative and managerial tasks, and much more. In addition you'll respond to a wide variety of care issues that arise in a Community that may include 100 or more residents. However if you have the physical and emotional fortitude, combined with business or operations management and sales experience, we encourage you to read on.

Domestic Couple - $120K+ per Year - East Hampton, NY

East Hampton family seeks an experienced live-in Domestic Couple to assume responsibility for running their household. The successful couple will be polite, well presented, hands-on with a good attention to detail, able to work effectively independently and with/managing others. Candidates will be required to travel during the year.
Core responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Maintaining the inside of the residence: cleaning, shopping, doing the laundry, etc.
- Meal preparation and service: menu planning, cooking, serving.
- Overseeing other daily activities at the residence.
- Maintaining the outside grounds of the residence.
- Light household maintenance, basic machinery maintenance, and vehicle care.
- Oversee and work effectively with other household staff.
Additional duties may include child care, event planning, and providing personal assistant type support.
This is a permanent, live-in position with a five-day workweek (weekend work required). Flexibility to work overtime is required. Salary will be very competitive and based on experience.
Candidates will also receive two weeks of paid vacation per year. Medical benefits may be available.
Start date: early to mid-March
Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years’ experience working together as a couple
- Valid Driver License with clean record (must be able to legally work in U.S.)
- Strong references with previous employers a must
- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience supervising other household staff and working with vendors and others
- Ability to work independently and also as part of a team
- “Hands on" as necessary (must be willing to “get the job done”)
- Strong culinary skills – must be able to prepare meals and serve properly at events and dinners
- Attention to detail a must
- Must understand/be totally comfortable with lighting, heating and cooling, security systems, etc.
- Must be polite, clean, and present yourselves very well
- Core knowledge of overall property maintenance
- Dog-friendly
- Weekend work and flexibility to change schedule, work overtime, and travel as needed
