FEATURED JOB OPENING: Live-In, Onsite Manager Couple for a 126 unit Senior Retirement Community - Burien, WA

Seeking a very special husband & wife team to join our management staff.  We are a Retirement Community for  Active and Independent Seniors. This unique opportunity is available for a positve, energetic couple who want to make difference in the lives of seniors.  We are a family owned and operated community located on an 11 acre campus with sweeping mountain views, beautiful landscaping, outdoor koi ponds, indoor pool and spa, libraries, craft rooms, woodshops, beauty shop, community vegetable gardens and much more.

Successful candidates will work four consecutives days on and 3 days off.  Job duties include marketing, touring, and working directly with residents.  Maintaining a safe and secure environment for residents, some car and bus driving, light maintenance, leading group activities and meetings. Office and computer skills req.  Must be able to acquire a WA state CDL/passenger end. drivers license.  Successful candidates will complete pre-employment drug screening and background checks.
