Caretaker couple needed for the Alvord Hot Springs. The gorgeous Steens Mountain and the Alvord Desert make a great location. This is a remote location.
RV is required. Private setting includes power, direct TV, internet, septic, propane, laundry. This is a live on site. Six months stay is requested.
Responsibilities are light cleaning of the hot springs tubs aand maintaining the small general store.

Front Gate Attendant - Couples are needed to work on site at The Vineyards Campground & Cabins as part of a Team shift with other couples at the Front Gate. Each couple works eight hours with some overlapping. Responsibilities include handling on-line RV and Cabin reservations (Reservation Friend; Hercules preferred), disseminating local travel information, coordinating cabin cleanings, and monitoring of campground. Must have excellent working knowledge of cash register and computer use (Excel, word, researching). Great customer service skills record with being Team players is a must.
Park Attendant Couples are needed at two other Grapevine Lake park locations, Meadowmere and Rockledge Parks to work with other Team members in shifts. Couples must be dependable, hard working with campground hosting experience preferred. Duties include collecting daily fees, selling annual passes, monitoring park activities and opening and closing the park. Positions have varied schedules, but will average 10 days a month per couple. Must have excellent working knowledge of cash register and computer use (Excel, word, researching). Great customer service skills record with being Team players is a must.

All positions come with a full service site, a laundry stipend, store discount, and a daily stipend rate per couple. We prefer at least a six month contract. Longer term contracts will be strongly considered.

Seeking self-motivated experienced couple to operate a 24 space mobile home and RV park located in South Lake Tahoe, CA.
• An understanding of Mobile Home Residency Law under Tile 25, and/or California Business Code and/or landlord tenant law is a plus.
Duties:
The applicants must understand what a reasonable property manager does in the day-to-day operation of a mobile home park in California as well as renting out park owned units in California.
These duties include, but are not limited to, serving tenant notices, tenant evictions, lease-ups, rehabbing units when tenants vacate, using craigslist and on-line services to advertise units in a timely manner, resolve tenant disputes, make deposits, accept rent checks, reconcile deposits with checks with the help of a CPA, enforce Park Rule, and work with the Trustees of the park on a daily basis using test messages, e-mail, and telephone.
In addition to all of the usual Operator duties related to managing a mobile home park, and renting units out on month to month basis, the applicant should also be able (and willing) as part of their duties, use a pick up truck with a Snow Plow on the front to clear street of Snow on an as needed basis, make small repairs to the units and property during work hours, assist in further development of the asset.
Accountability:
The operators must be willing to be accountability for their paid work-time hours; In doing so, operators must be willing and open to filling out a daily Office Log and Daily Time Cards. Time Cards and Office Logs will be used to evaluate and supervise Operator attempts to complete jobs listed on the Work In Process List Trustees and Operators use to keep track of jobs.
Compensation
Part-Time: up to 35 hours per week: work-hours are performed between 10:00 am to 3:30 pm Monday through Saturday.
Hourly rate starts at $8.00 per hour, during the first 3-month probationary period. Increasing to $9.00 per hour after that.
Housing: Housing is provided to the operator as part, and parcel, of their compesation package. Contact us for specifics.
