Campground Caretakers - Cle Elum, WA

Private campground is accepting applications for caretakers positions. The positions are for couples,both full and part time.
Our full time caretakers are provided with an apartment, our part time with a covered area for an r.v, with water and power.
full time is 5 days a week;part time 2 days.
The campground consists of 468 memberships on 68 acres bordering the Yakima River.There are 7 remote bathrooms,clubhouse,laundry ,library,gameroom ,etc
there is a private lake as well as a ballfield
Typical duties include cleaning bathrooms,dumping garbage cans,maintaining the public areas,cutting grass,filling propane tanks,plowing snow in the winter,routine maintenance on out vehicles,and occasional plumbing and electrical.Office duties include answering the phone,selling sundries,maintaning cash register and logs.Knowledge of Microsoft Office with some computer skills.
the positions are year round.
You must have a good driving history,and provid a driving abstract with a current drivers lic.
Customer service skills and a friendly manner is a must.
the outside office person must be physically capable of cutting grass,cutting wood,etc.

Chesapeake Resources, Inc., a self storage management company operating storage facilities in Maryland and Northern Virginia, is currently accepting applications for a two person, resident Property Manager team to oversee a challenging location in the Baltimore-Washington suburb of Laurel, Maryland.
Successful applicants for this position must have two team members applying together, and must have strong customer service or sales skills with combination of experience in a retail, customer service, leasing, administrative office environment or building/grounds maintenance helpful. Teams must be organized and able to work independently. This opening includes the responsibilities of leasing storage units, selling boxes and packing supplies, answering telephone calls, making collections calls, collecting rent, maintaining accurate records, maintaining the physical building and grounds, and overseeing one part-time assistant. The hours of the position are daytime hours and include weekend hours, working Thursday-Monday from the business hours indicated below. Both members of team must be comfortable using a computer and working with customers. Applicants must have a vehicle.
Business hours for this location are:
9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., Monday - Friday
9:00 a..m. - 5:00 p.m. Saturday
10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Sunday
Compensation package includes: wage, residence in on-site apartment (rent and utilities are paid by employer as part of total compensation package), benefits and incentives. Salary dependent on experience and property size. Apartment is a two-bedroom apartment with small fenced private yard area.
